Arvins Plumbing diagnosed a problem with the city sewer line
I have 2 toilets in the home & neither would flush properly. I called Arvins plumbing about 4:00 pm & the technician came out right away arriving about 4:30 pm. He worked outside for awhile and then 2 more crew showed up (3 workers total, including the owner Ron Arvin). Ron used a camera to visualize the location of the clog & determined that it was an issue with the city sewer line. He advised me that the city would provide emergency service for free. Because they did not unclog the line he did not charge me anything. I had been told that it was $40 just for a service call but there was no charge because they did not fix the problem. These guys worked for almost 3 hours without any compensation. That to me is amazing! Additionally, Ron made a follow up call at about 10:00 pm to see if the city sewer dept responded (yes, they came out that evening & fixed it in the morning). I want to let the folks know that if you want prompt, reliable, really great service from people who CARE about your situation, Arvins is the best!

Arwin’s plumbing is the best group of tradesmen I have ever worked with. Ron is incredibly available, even on weekends, and will talk the problem out with you before promptly sending over a team that day or the next. His pricing is extremely fair and will charge you for a particular service regardless of the hours it takes. Several times he’s charged us nothing if he found the problem was actually a septic tank issue. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Highly recommended!

These guys are great! Very honest, communicative, and super professional. We had a water main leak in the yard and they walked me through my options with honesty.

We chose Arvins Plumbing because they were in our county and we try to give business back to our own community. Arvins Plumbing was the best! He had everything done, and there was SO much to do, in one afternoon. Arvins is a hard working honest company and I'll recommend them to any person needing plumbing services!

We have used Arvin's Plumbing twice within the last 6 months. Both times we were very happy with the service we received from Ron (the owner). He was very knowledgable, explaining likely sources of our leaks, doing a thorough job looking for the leak, and making repairs quickly when needed. Pricing was more than fair. Ron is very trustworthy and will be our go-to plumber should we need similar services in the future.

We were very pleased with Ron Arvin and his employees. I had a minor plumbing problem. He quoted me a price, and after spending three and a half hours the first day and another hour and a half after the part came in, he stuck by the quoted price. His workers were extremely polite, and they did a thorough job in both the work and in checking behind each other to make sure everything was done beyond my expectations. Wonderful experience.

The outgoing pipe from our water heater sprang a leak. How long hot water had been spraying into our closet, we did not know. We called our regular plumbing company, with whom we have a mtce. agreement, and they could not send anyone out until the next day. Our water was off as was the hot water heater, so we needed fixin', fast. We called Arvins and they were out in about 2.5 hours.They spliced into the leaking pipe, fixed it, and installed a water shut-off valve on the water in pipe in addition, at our request. Now we don't have to go into the crawl and shut off ALL the water if it happens again. Paid expected price, quick service. They now have a spot on our refrigerator for the OMG, what do we do and we can't fix it with duct tape problems. Nice job, thanks! Oh, and we had never used them before.

Denton did an excellent job, finding my leaks and repairing. And, also installing a new toilet. I highly recommend Arvins.

We had a leak with in one of our shower faucets. Ron and his team came out the next day. They took a look at the faucet, explained everything, and fixed the problem. They did a good job in my opion and I will be calling them again if we have any other plumbing problems.

Arvin Plumbing is amazing! They always treat us like family. Ronnie Arvin and his son Denton Arvin have always done excellent work and treated us fairly. I wouldn't use anyone else. If you have any plumbing needs, definitely give them a call.

Very willing to help

The day after Christmas my hot water heater started leaking. After getting control of the leak I called Arvins for help. Ron answered his phone although he was at the mall with his family. He walked me through the steps to do until they could get there. Denton came to install a new heater and I was completely blown away. He started his work in a very meticulous and professional manner. It was a pretty complicated job and took hours for him to complete. When he was finished everything was perfect. The cost was more than reasonable but more importantly the quality of work and the dependability were top notch. Ron and his team are good people--the kind of people you can trust with all things plumbing. Thanks guys!

Very helpful and responsive, and willing to work within my schedule. The technicians were extremely polite and professional; they installed everything perfectly and cleaned up well afterward. I appreciate that they gave me information and recommendations without being pushy; they were also very upfront about the price and service fees, so no surprises. Overall very happy with the work they did and am pleased with the respectful way they dealt with me and my home; I would definitely recommend them!

Excellent Job!!!! We had a back up of sewage in our tubs and toilets. After calling several so call 24 plumbers we couldn't get any answers. When we called Arvin's, we got an answer right away. Ron came out around 9pm on a Saturday. As he worked, he explained everything very thoroughly. It was obvious he new what he was doing and was very honest and straight forward with us which we really appreciate. He was able to clear the lines and give us recommendations for future maintenance. Arvin's is a local business and I would recommend this company over any them national company's who do not follow through we what they market. Thanks, Ron for all your hard work.

Ron is fantastic! My shower was a broken mess (water came out of the top part, and the diverter at the bottom was broken too). Anyway, Ron worked with my schedule, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job!

He let me watch him work and described the process to me of everything he was fixing. Which is something I appreciated.

He may not be the cheapest plumber in Mount Juliet. But, I found him honest, professional, and good at his craft. 5 Stars!

By far the best experience dealing with any company. Arvins Plumbing is dedicated to resolving your problem and building a working relationship. After dealing with a second floor bathroom leak, the problem was resolved with multiple calls and consultation. Arvins Plumbing took the time to explain where the leaks could be occurring and took the time to explain things that I could do resolve the issue. I had a great experience with Arvins Plumbing! Ron, the owner, took time and care diagnosing the problem and figuring out the best way to solve it. He clearly explained to me what was wrong and demonstrated integrity by telling me what needed to be fixed, what could be fixed, and what could be left the way it was to save money. He also took the time to educate me so I could solve basic issues if they arose. Marshall and Denton did a great job doing the repair. They were all very courteous and respectful, and...they fixed the problem! I will definitely call them again and will recommend them to others.

Very quick response time. Honest about recommendations, but not pushy. After deciding the toilet needed to be replaced, they did not charge me for unclogging it. Very nice and professional employee. Phone person was great too.

Wish I could give 6 stars. Ron scheduled me quickly for an outside bib replacement. Tanner arrived on time, was very courteous, answered all my questions, gave me options. I asked about another issue that had come up and he added it to his list and fixed everything in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend Arvins.

Water was backing up in basement on a Friday afternoon, we called Arvin's and scheduled appt for Monday as all other plumbers were not availible on late notice Friday. 30-minutes later, they call and are able to come out today, ya!

Although pushing 5pm on a Friday, he called in for back up as he needed extra people to mark out the line which they did after hour at no extra charge. Even the owner of the business showed up to to help out.

Denton was the plumber sent to my home to complete my repairs. He was punctual, professional, kind and explained everything. What I most appreciated about Denton was that he provided me with all of my options for repair and allowed me to decide what was best for my budget, as well as what was best for the maintenance of my system. Arvin's Plumbing is at my house now, and they are top notch guys! Very professional, honest, and have a quick response time. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. Just for reference they fixed a closet flange on our toilet, replaced a PRV and and compression nut in our crawl space.

I would highly recommend this company. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. We had our tub faucet go bad and the water would not shut off. We called after hours on Christmas eve and the owner called us back. He tried to help us over the phone but a part needed replaced. He came out minutes later, again this is Christmas eve, and fixed our problem. Thanks again.

We have been in our house for a few years and have had several major plumbing issues related to poor quality construction. Arvin's plumbing has done great work for reasonable prices. Today I was working on replacing an outdoor faucet and ran into trouble. I called Arvin's and his son was at my house in 30 minutes. Mind you this was an after hours call. They could have had me wait until tomorrow. He fixed my problem quickly and professionally. I have always been happy with the quality of their work and will continue to use them in the future. I had a small leak that I made significantly worse. I had been speaking to Ron about the issue and he had quoted a price. After I made my leak much worse, i texted him with the news. He called me back within 10 minutes and said he would have someone over right away to fix it. That is some GREAT customer service. His team was over within 30 minutes and had the issue resolved along with pointing out some other maintenance issues we weren't even aware of for our future consideration.

Very professional, quick and knowledgeable plumber. I had 3 items I needed completed and he did a great job on all three.

Ron came out at the day and time I told him I was available. He gave me several options and price ranges of what he could do to fix the toilet's problem and also avoid future issues. On a whim, I also asked him about what it would cost to replace my kitchen faucet, since I'd been thinking about that as well. He helped me pick out a faucet online, and while he worked on the toilet, I ran to Lowe's, picked up the faucet, and came back in time for him to then install it for me.

Everything went smoothly, and Ron was friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and even double-checked everything multiple times to make sure things were working and not leaking before he left. I would definitely call him again in the future.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I was very pleased with the customer service from the first phone call with Ron, to Tanner going above and beyond explaining everything in detail of the service before he started the job.

My dad is a plumber but lives out of state so it’s very hard to find a plumber I can trust to do a good job. (When I can’t fly my dad in lol) I’m so thankful to have found Arvins! They are a family run business that I can honestly say is looking out for my family, and yours! We had issues with our plumbing backing up and from the first phone call Ron was trying to save me money and get the right person out to help because we have a septic system. When it ended up being a plumbing issue we received the best service. It’s hard to find plumbers who are looking out for you and take pride in their work. Don’t hesitate to call them. They will take care of you.

We had an emergency plumbing job that needed fixing as we were closing on the sale of our house in several days. Tanner was at our house within an hour and completed the fix in a couple of hours. He not only was very personable, but very informative- he clearly explained each step he needed to take to fix the problem and the estimated cost of each possible scenario. He was meticulous in the work he performed- and exceeded our expectations. I hope when we move to Fort Myers we can find another person like Tanner to handle our plumbing needs. Better yet he needs to open a new location- Arvins Plumbing Fort Myers!

I suggest you call around for quotes especially if you know the issue. I found the cost of his service was high for what was needed.

From start to finish these people are awesome and their work is impeccable!! My request was a bit difficult, but not for ARVINS PLUMBING !!!
