The estimate given was double of other company’s. I understand overhead but I also understand honesty and straight forward company culture. Bad business . Needed help replacing a diverter tub spout that was not diverting water from tub to shower. Bought the replacement spout but could not remove the old one. I was able to call and make a same day appointment. The technician arrived on time, accessed the job, gave me a quote, and completed the job all within the hour. Would recommend!

Davis came out on time. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Very genuine and did not feel any pressure to move forward after the estimate. Answered all questions. Didn't feel sales pitch at all like other plumbers. Can tell Davis just wanted to do what was right by us and fix the leak to the water spigot out back. Will definitely use their services again!

I will never use this company againThey did respond quickly as I had a gas leak on Friday afternoon and my usual Plummer was not a available. Charged me 475.00 to replace the valve behind stove. A 10.00 part. This is a rental and had to get it fixed. I will let better business and Texas attorney general know but do not use this company, they definitely over charge.

If you are experiencing an AC emergency, or if you just need something routine, these are the guys to call! Our AC completely stopped working on a Saturday afternoon when temperatures were forecast to be into triple digits. John Gumfory was our technician and promptly addressed the problem. He went out of his way to explain things not only to us every step of the way, but also to our landlord. I'd highly recommend these guys. They can be trusted!

We first called Johnny Rooter when our sewer backed up at 4pm on Christmas Eve with family staying at the house, and they had it fixed by shortly after 7pm. And there wasn't even an extra charge. We've used them several times since then for various plumbing issues, and the staff is always efficient and easy to work with.

They won't provide service to a home 6 miles away. Hung up on me abruptly.
