Was able to resolve the issue temporarily although we had to call again the following day due to the same issue popping up. Mel came in and found out the problem in the unit. The drainage was plugged. He was able to clean it and get it working again. He was also very friendly and professional.

Called Fox Plumbing about a broken water pipe. They told us they could send someone out the next morning but to turn off our water. This morning we woke up and called just to confirm and according to the gentleman working today, there was a miscommunication and they were not able to come. My family has been without water now for over 24 hours without a contingency plan due to Fox Plumbing telling us wrong information and having no solution. Will never call Fox Plumbing again for service and will be sure to let friends and family know about how unprofessional they were.
