The field supervisor arrived later and spent some time with us. Work was completed and a whole house inspection completed. Great company. Great service at a fair price. I had a plumbing problem that had been going on for a week. I burned through two contractors not returning calls and breaking appointments. Then I called Blue Dragon. Wow! what a difference. After setting up an appointment, Gilbert called me back a few minutes later and said he had a free tech that could come now! I'm sorry, but that never happens. I was actually stumped at first- not believing what I was hearing.. 3 hours later - problem fixed. Gilbert and Matt at Blue Dragon have restored my faith in customer service. Its good to know there are still companies who care about their customers.

What a great experience!! We had a broken water pipe due to the winter freeze. Jose and Jesus were prompt and polite. They took every COVID precaution coming into our home. We were very comfortable throughout the process. They even found a second broken pipe and repaired that as well. Entire process took about an hour. They were very professional even while our dogs were barking ??‍♀️ So loud we could hardly hear each other speak. We will definitely call them again if we need their services again in the future! Great job Jose and Jesus!!!

Best plumber - Exceptional service, courteous and the best price.Wife calls with an emergency - busted pipe, water running down the street. I call 5-6 plumbers, none of which were available without a hefty emergency fee, before reaching the great people at 1st plumbing. 1st plumbing arrived within an hour of my call, idenitifed the issue quickly and repaired the busted pipe even faster. I have found my plumber for all future issues.

I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line. WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life. Mike fixed our shower issue super fast (< 10 m) and was very respectful about our space. Our property management company called them after their normal handipeople spent 5 hours making a slow draining shower fully clogged. Highly recommend

Wow! If you want the best service in town, you have to call Travis Whitby with Austin Plumbery. He fixed a leak in our yard for a reasonable price! Travis explained everything to us and was so efficient. He is a hard worker and is highly skilled in his craft. I trust Travis 100 percent and will call him in the future if I need more repairs.
