Best Water Heater Replacement in Austin TX

This is my 3rd time using S&D plumbing Jason Radford yet again display outstanding customer service going above and beyond expectations.Came in to fix a controller unit that was no longer working and performed the task in a timely manner with a great conversation and helped me look at additional products for the house well waiting.I’ve used Jason in the past and his level of customer care is the reason I’ll stay with S&D the part came in at 7AM I called S&D they put me on the waiting list but I asked for Jason only it was almost 6 or 7PM by the time Jason reached me. He had a long list and there’s a reason for that. He takes care of his customer if you asked me to wait 11-12 hours again for Jason I would!Anyone who read this review request Jason. One would never be (Disappointed) in the level of care you will receive.

Travis showed up early and made quick work of solving our drainage issues. Less than 2 hours from my initial call and I’m back in business! Travis was so friendly and fair. I will definitely use Clark Kent Plumbing again- kudos for employing the best of the best!

Gilbert at Blue Dragon Plumbing is a lifesaver! He's come to our home several times, often last minute, to make repairs and make assessments. He is so professional, so responsive and so easy to work with. Their prices are always reasonable, and Blue Dragon never overcharges or repairs something that doesn't need a repair. Talmadge replaced our hot water heater that had become so full of hard water minerals that we could barely finish a shower before the hot water ran out. (We are on a well in the Hill Country, not city water.) He arrived during the time range promised, removed the old unit, and installed a new Rheem model including the emergency leak pan and shutoff valve. He answered my questions about the electronic controller for the shutoff, cleaned up the installation debris, and hauled off the old unit. We could not be happier with the results and no worries of not enough hot water! I’ve used this company for several different problems and always received great service.

A&T showed up on time and went to work to find a hidden plumbing leak in our yard. After about 15 minutes, the technician said he would not be able to locate the leak because of the circumstances of our lot. He refused any payment since he didn't find the leak--that's amazing. I would absolutely call A&T Plumbing again.

Dealing with plumbing disasters is always a nightmare, so it's handy to have a good plumber to call. Mr. Rooter fits the bill, by far the most wonderful plumbers here in Austin. I mean, no one else even comes close, there's no amount of praise that could possibly exaggerate the excellence of Mr. Rooter.

Daniel White and Greg Lancaster responded to my panicked request immediately and were there within 30 minutes on a Sunday. They quickly diagnosed and cleared the clogged pipe issue and had us back up and running in less than an hour! They were both extremely courteous, kind and efficient! Great customer service!

When Called regarding my request- I was a little apprehensive due to it being a mobile home. They sent Victor and Alex out and they were awesome to work with. Listen to what our issue was - did a little investigating and had it fixed in hour. Very professional and nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

After going through the freeze of 2021, I decided to replace the shut-off valve at the street so I could easily turn off the water if/when needed. Steven was great. He clearly communicated what needed to be done, confirmed the cost, and got to work. He installed a ball valve which will make the process of turning off the water so much easier. I highly recommend Steven and Fast Plumbing. I submitted a request on line and he was out early afternoon the next day. Very good service!

I was trying to find a plumber to do a same day washer valve replacement. While everywhere else says Monday, Plumb Master's dispatcher, Jenifer not only get me on the same day also tried to make sure I don't have to pay for after hour surcharge. Jaime came and helped us replacing valves promptly and even gave us a discount!

Great experience. They installed a super-quite water heater quickly and efficiently. Good pricing and they worked with us on electrical issues with the water heater as well. They have a friendly team of people working for them. I highly recommend these guys.

Showed up on time for a day of appointment, got to work quickly and had my drain snaked and running clean in no time. I will say that I appreciated the extra time he took to snake well past the clean out, even though the blockage was only within the house.

I discovered M1 through my home warranty company who called them out to repair my water heater. Travis showed up on time and the office communicated everything in advance so I knew what to expect. Really solid company and group of people and great workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Woke up this morning to a leaky pipe flooding one of our front beds and streaming down the driveway ? Made a couple calls around to different plumbers but with the freezes lately wreaking havoc on everyone’s pipes, the earliest i could get someone to make it out was in four days! Then I got in contact with Redbud Plumbing and they were at our house by noon today. Patched up the pipe, dug the deepest hole I’ve seen in a long while to get to it, and restarted our water all in a handful of hours. Very grateful for his timely arrival and his excellent work! Will absolutely use them for all our plumbing needs in the future.
