Best Water Heater Repair/Replacement in Austin TX
The entire experience from scheduling online, confirmation communications, service professional texts all exceeded expectations. They even sent me a text with a picture and bio of the technician who would be performing the service! Professional and buttoned up from beginning to end. The quality of the install was spectacular.

The rep was professional, punctual and extremely knowledgeable about not just the service he was conducting but other services offered too. He super courteous, friendly and patient with all questions. Essentially he made us feel we had chosen the right company to install and maintain our unit. Note to company: put him in the next commercial and give Javier a raise!

I had Gilbert replace my bathroom faucets and kitchen insinkerator last week. He was responsive right from when I first called him about his services. His rates are upfront and reasonable and he has a professional attitude. He also gave me some plumbing tips just as an aside. His work is quite satisfactory and I'd be happy to avail of his services in future.

I was putting in new sink hardware and broke the copper pipe extending from the wall at the cut-off valve. Yikes! Needed help fast. Called Daniel's Plumbing and within 45 minutes Dallas from Daniels showed up. 30 minutes later all fixed and water turned back on. I have never dealt with a more positive set of people than those I interacted with at Daniels. Dallas was super, courteous, efficient and did a great job explaining what he did. I will turn to them from now on, or at least the next time I botch a DIY plumbing effort!

It may have been a small job but they treated me like I was getting my whole house done. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

It's a shame that I never called Mr. Rooter up until the last time I had a plumbing disaster going down. They showed up quickly, and got things cleaned up and finished up quicker than you could believe. The people of Austin are lucky to have plumbers like this in their midst. They're a gift to the community, possibly even better. :)

Great experience with these plumbing professionals. I worked with Cobey and his two assistances - Aaron and Dylan. Cobey quickly assessed the situation and came up with a plan to locate the leak. He was great in explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. Within an hour he located the leak and with my approval removed a small piece of the drywall and capped off the leaky pipe.I'm really happy with the service and will be using them if the need arises.Excellent work Cobey!!

Let's be real. Nobody wants to call a plumber. Not on a Saturday, which is, of course, when all plumbing issues are scheduled to appear, not when you have sewage coming into the house instead of out of it, and especially not when every plumber in town is booked a month in advance because of the winder storm. I called six plumbers, and Plumb Masters were the only ones to answer immediately. Yes, it's more expensive on the weekend, but try telling your SO that we're just going to have to hold it for 48 hours. Anyway, Plumb Masters scheduled Jami to come over right away. He was very clear in what he was going to do and was very well equipped (with gadgets I had never seen) to diagnose the problem. The diagnosis was not good: collapsed drainage pipe. Need to dig. Jami explained the cost differences depending on where the problem was (ranging from 'that's not cheap' to 'let's just walk away from the house and move to the mountains'). Still, Jami used the snake to clear up a bit of the pipe so we could start using the restroom again immediately! They scheduled to come back and do the work on Monday. This time Jami was working with Jordan, and this dynamic duo of drainage doctors took to the front yard to locate the broken pipe. When they finally located it, it turned out that roots had gotten in through a screw-top lid that the builder didn't put cement on. The pipe was not burst or collapsed, so Jami and Jordan called me outside, they talked to their office and discounted the heck out of the original quote. The cleared out the pipe and cemented the lid so it never happens again. I really appreciated the honesty as well as the care they took to mark the hole so people wouldn't fall into it while the cement dried. A few days later Jami and Jordan came back and closed everything up in a matter of minutes with no fuss. I do recommend you call them have them quote you for the repair, even over the weekend, because they were fast and clearly know what they're doing.

Chris Thompson is FANTASTIC! He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I started a DYI project renovating an upstairs bathroom and ran into some problems. They got us on the schedule for same day basically, I called late night before. They responded early in the morning and we were set with a time. Since we were without water that was much appreciated! Chris arrived in the time window provided. He did a thorough assessment and then gave me the quote for the job. He even offered to let me watch as he worked. He repaired several of my not great soldering on copper pipe. Thoroughly checked all of the rest and ran a few tests to be sure there were no leaks. Peace of mind knowing it’s done right and double checked before we put up cement board and tile is priceless. But the price was totally reasonable! No extra fees or surprises. The price he quoted after the inspection before starting work was what they charged. We have used other plumbers previously but from now on we are only going with 1st Home and Commercial Services. It’s stressful dealing with plumbing issues. They help make it as painless as possible, treat customers right and have awesome employees. Thanks for the help and advice, Chris!! Whatever you make, they should double it.

We had an unknown leak on our property since 2 weeks but we were not able to locate it. We received email from the city that we are consuming excessive water - 12 gph. But because the water leak was not visible anywhere, the process got very complicated. Each plumber had their own methods, some were invasive (poking several holes in walls, ground) and some suggested to reach out to leak detection companies. Though one of the plumbing companies suspected the leak spot, their estimate came to be too high $5K+.In this context, Johnny Rooter Plumbing attended us with care and they were extremely helpful. Their plumbers Mike and Bobby were extremely jolly, helpful and knowledgeable. They located the correct spot (under our concrete driveway) and with minimal digging, they were able to fix it. On top of that, they refilled the hole in the driveway and patched it up with matching concrete. Moved the dirt back into the other holes to reduce our clean up after the fix. It was whole day process but glad that we were able to locate the leak once for all and stop the water loss.We would highly recommend them due to positive attitude towards work, great work ethics, no arrogance, very down to earth demeanor and most importantly reasonable price. When others were quoting us atrociously, these guys did it 1/5 of it!

Travis got out to my property on time and sent me a text 20 minutes before hand to let me know he was on his way. I showed him the standing water in my yard, and he got to work digging a two-foot deep hole to find the source of the leak. He showed me the problem and gave me an estimate before he went ahead and fixed it. He ended up replacing a few parts. Super friendly, super professional, and he cleaned up the mess afterwards. The whole job was done in about 2 hours. I will definitely be calling Austin Plumbery in the future.

Woke up this morning to a leaky pipe flooding one of our front beds and streaming down the driveway ? Made a couple calls around to different plumbers but with the freezes lately wreaking havoc on everyone’s pipes, the earliest i could get someone to make it out was in four days! Then I got in contact with Redbud Plumbing and they were at our house by noon today. Patched up the pipe, dug the deepest hole I’ve seen in a long while to get to it, and restarted our water all in a handful of hours. Very grateful for his timely arrival and his excellent work! Will absolutely use them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Came across a small water leak on the main line coming into the house...I was happy to see that Jamie lives in my neighborhood, I mean...how much more local can you get...He showed up in about 30 minutes, gave me what I thought was a very fair quote and got to work...job was wrapped up in about 4-5 hours and was please with the whole process...Looks like we have a new Plumber that I wouldnt hesitate to call for my needs.
