These guys are awesome. I posted a service request at 10:30 at night for a gas leak in my stove. They responded first thing next morning and were at my house by 10:00. Gilbert was friendly, very knowledgeable, explained each step as he was taking it. He was quick but thorough. The whole experience just made my day. Will ALWAYS use these guys in the future.

Kevin did an excellent job rerouting our sewer. He was professional, courteous, had a good attitude, and the work was prompt and efficient. We would highly recommend.

My 86yr old grandmother was taken by this company for a one thousand dollars, the company said there would be a refund. Almost a month later “No refund No work done”, it’s disappointing but expected given the world we live in.

Mr. Rooter came to my place in Austin soon after I called, did the job right, and headed off to the next job. What greater praise could I have for a plumber than that they do their job with the utmost quality? :)

Capital City is super competitively priced! I got estimates that were so much higher. And they don’t skimp on quality or customer service. They were fast, friendly, and professional. I’d had two plumbers out for the same problem and it persisted until I hired Cap City. Within an hour it was fixed and hasn’t reoccurred. Support this small family owned local business! You won’t be sorry.

I called at 630pm. They promised to be out within 4 hours. After waiting around for almost 3 hours they call to tell me they are unavailable. Unprofessional and unacceptable business practices.

We had a water leak in the front yard, and Fast Plumbing came out a few hours after I called. It was raining and very cold outside, but Mycol and his assistant fixed the problem quickly and everything was working even better than before. Very excellent service.

The guys who came were super. Polite, knowledgeable and they got our line clog resolved in no time.

They did respond very quickly and the technician was able to arrive the next day. He was running very late unfortunately, and it totally screwed up the baby's nap time. The appointment was scheduled in a 2 hour window which coincided with the baby nap - unacceptable. We determined the pressure reducing valve at the water connection was failing, as the pressure was over 90 PSI. They quoted me $1000 !!!!! To replace a valve that costs $75 at Home Depot and takes maybe 30 minutes to replace. WOW - incredible... DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. I've received other quotes for $250, $375 and $425 and the local yokel handyman would do it for $175... unbelievable.

Wow! If you want the best service in town, you have to call Travis Whitby with Austin Plumbery. He fixed a leak in our yard for a reasonable price! Travis explained everything to us and was so efficient. He is a hard worker and is highly skilled in his craft. I trust Travis 100 percent and will call him in the future if I need more repairs.

We had our main drain line blocked and water was backing up in the bathroom. Redbud came out and cleared the lines and was extremely reasonable price wise. We have tenants in that house and I was fortunate that Redbud could help us so quickly. I will use Redbud Pluming for all our future plumbing issues.

Al Mac Plumbing and gas are kind, knowledgeable and do amazing work for a very reasonable price. Hard to find this caliber of company!!!!
