This company is top notch from the moment they answered my call to completed work and goodbyes. Thanks especially to Hilda, Sean, and Cody for excellence; you all hit the mark! Abacus has completed both HVAC and plumbing work for me; always with professional, customer centered service and upfront pricing.

John came in to assess the wiring in an older home. He made recommendations, was clear on the cost and delivered true to his word. He even took a few last minute add-ons to the work request with a great attitude and knocked them out in the same trip. Great experience working with this company--will definitely use them again.

Darius showed up early. He immediately diagnosed the initial problem. It was more extensive than expected. He was able to get more help. He also contacted my HOA property manager and explained the issue for them to assume responsibility for repairs. Absolutely my best experience as a customer needing a plumbing repair

Our furnace stopped working on Sunday morning and I called Turbo and they were out the same day to take a look at the problem. Jay explained the problem thoroughly and offered to try and find parts for our ancient furnace without trying to sell us on a new one. Replacing was the way to go for us, however, and Turbo was able to bring and install a new one the next day. We were very impressed with the speed of their service and the price was reasonable. They cleaned up the work site afterwards, were polite and communicated everything well. If I had to ask for one improvement, it would be stricter Covid protocols, as I had to ask a few guys to wear masks in the house. Otherwise, great service and we would be happy to use Turbo again.

I was linked to ARS when calling the Home Depot 800 number to get a water heater installed. The initial contact was frustrating. They wouldn't give me any information at all. The Home Depot sales guy said he thought installs started around $150 if it was simple, but ARS would not discuss any numbers. We scheduled for 8:30am-12:30pm the next day to get an estimate with the promise that I could get an install that day if I approved the quote. After waiting 4 hours, I got a call at 12:30 saying a tech would arrive at 1ish. I had cleared my whole morning and had a meeting at 1pm. The tech rushed over and arrived at 12:50. He was a nice guy (the only reason I gave them a star), but he didn't have the authority to even provide a quote. He had to take pics and send them to a supervisor to develop a quote. We had no answer by 1, so he promised a call after 2pm. I never heard from him, so I called at 4:30. At that point, he gave me a quote of $1,600 plus. He noted that their smallest fee for an install is $850. If I had known that, I would not have wasted my morning waiting for them. (I had already drained and cleared out the old heater and bought a new heater plus accessories. They were sitting a few yards from an easily accessible heater closet with ample space.)I told the tech that I was frustrated that they wasted my time and his by not sharing the minimum amount up front. I would not consider paying that much for so little. He explained that they don't like to tell people the minimum charge up front because they want the opportunity to explain things personally. So they are willing to waste 5 hours of my day so they can try to sell me their services. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will never call ARS for services again.

I ended up installing the Tesla branded charger in my garage. Looks great and my Model S charges very quickly now. Good service all around and clear instructions on how to obtain EV rebate from the city. Roshell and D did a great job with the install!
