Super fast service when I had a plumbing emergency. The plumber was so nice and helpful and because of his excellent customer service I chose to have some additional work done by S & D. (Toilet upgrade replacement and some other updates to sinks etc) Great Service!

I own a duplex up north that I try to keep in great shape throughout the year, so when my tenant lets me know something is wrong I'm quick to call up someone I can trust to get the problem solved.I've been through plenty of plumbers in the past, with inconsistent results. I decided to give these guys a chance a few months ago and have had nothing but great experiences. They're usually very quick to respond, same-day or next day, reasonably priced, and the work is solid.I had a tenant tell me that their kitchen disposal was leaking, so I called up Rooter man for ASAP service. From what I hear, they were at his place within 2 hours, and the disposal was replaced by the next day at a good price.I highly recommend them, they always answer the phone (nothing more frustrating than calling someone during a leak and it going to voicemail) and they get someone out there quick, which is more than I can say for many plumbing guys here in town.

Not only did they take care of my problem, but they did it with professionalism and quickness! They were willing to not only come out in the evening but returned even later that night with the correct parts to fix our leak.You really don’t need to look anywhere else for your plumbing needs!!!

This review is a long time coming. About three or four months ago we had a leak in the water pipes our front yard. Drew from Radiant came out to find the leak. He was on time and professional. We didn’t know exactly where the leak was coming from. He gave me a few options. We settled on him starting to dig that day. Within a couples hours he was able to find and fix it. It ended up being much less money and a quicker fix than I was quoted for from other plumbing services. Thank you Radiant!!!

Asa and his assistant showed up on time, were very professional and explained what they found and what they were going to do to fix it. They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely use them again.

It's a typical story, where you have something unexpected, decide to break. As usual, at the more inopportune time. A leaking water heater isn't something you want to put off fixing for long. So I called around and sent out the usual Yelp quote requests. A&T plumbing was not only the first to respond early in the morning but had the best response.Their prices weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but right there in the middle. But I liked the transparent pricing, availability, and good product (it had good reviews). Others were way overpriced or had no problem recommending another unreliable product.They came by as scheduled, replaced the water heater quickly and professionally. No more leaks and the water is hot. I recommend these folks as well as a water sensor! As that saved me from potentially expensive repairs due to it being located on the 2nd floor.

We brought Mr. Rooter in to clean up after a less experienced plumber made a mess of our master bath faucet and valve replacement.Mr. Rooter had an experienced licensed plumber on site the same day. Alvin was great, explaining everything that was wrong, and everything he was going to do to fix it up. We are already planning our next project with Mr. Rooter.

Mike and Kyle came out from Capital City Plumbing to diagnose and repair a leak behind the wall of my shower. They were determined to find and fix the leak. They were very clear on the cost, and the damage to the tile and wall that were necessary to get to the leak. Good communication, quick repair, and they cleaned up after. What a great experience, and I don't know that I can say that for most service appointments. Thank you

Good morning Fast Plumbing Team,I wanted to thank you for your excellent customer service and professional staff.I was able to secure a service call time and date for Thursday January 8, 2022 based on the Olshan Foundation Companies estimated time of service which was January 6th, 7th and 8th. As the dates started to change, I was in contact with the Fast Plumbing customer service team Melissa and Diana. On Thursday January 8th, the Olshan Crew pierced one of my water lines. I freaked out and reached out to Fast Plumbing and they suggested I wait as additional holes needed to be dug. By the end of the day, the Olshan Crew pierced not one but 6 water lines in my garage.After speaking with the Olshan Project Supervisor, they would return on Friday to continue digging and add the supports. I called Fast Plumbing to have someone come out on Saturday to repair the water lines but Saturday was already booked. However, they did offer to come out if they had a cancelation. Unfortunately, there was no cancelations, Diana was nice enough to stay in contact with me on Saturday as she provided updates. At the end of the day, Diana and I was able to come up with a game plan as I had to work on Sunday. I went to work on Sunday morning and Diana text me to let me know the Service Technicians were on their way. I left my job and met the Service Technicians Steven and Cody.Steven and Cody were very professional and took care of the repairs. I was surprised when Steven asked if I had any other plumbing concerns. I did not expect him to ask as I only considered the initial problems. I provided my additional concerns and Steven and Cody took care of them in a timely fashion. They were very attentive to my plumbing problems as they continued their qualify work repairs.After the repairs were complete and I was satisfied with their work, I was presented with the invoice.After what I experienced with the Olshan Foundation Crew, Steven and Cody’s interaction was a breath of fresh air.I wanted to thank the Fast Plumbing Team for their professional calm communication skills and their outstanding work ethics. Graham and Manny came out to flush the pipes after two incidents of sewage backup. The pipes are old and iron, therefore there was a significant amount of gunk and corrosion. They worked quickly and did a great job. Any water in the sink is draining faster than I've seen in the 2 years we've lived here and we haven't had any further issues. Thanks guys!

Jeff and his cohort were kind, educational, and friendly. They solved the problem quickly and were willing to check another problem I have been trying to isolate. Jeff even helped remotely to prime the water heaters after the propane ran dry! Exceptional service!

AMAZING AND A LIFE SAVER! I awoke to my neighbor letting me know I had a leak in my front yard. Water company came out to turn off the after and said they couldn’t help and to call a plumber. I found Mr. Santana on google maps and called him at 10 in a panic and he told me he would be able to be here by noon. At 11:58 I get a knock on the door! He estimates it will take him about 4 hours to find and fix the issue. He tells me the price and I nearly fainted, but I had no choice. He began the work while I stood there, more because I was curious to find out what the issue was not because I didn’t trust him, and at no time did he look aggravated cause I was his silent assistant. He found the issue about an hour in. Took him another hour to fix it. He adjusted his price to fit the job and left no mess when he left. 10/10. He is an amazing gentleman!

During the freeze our outdoor tankless hot water heater busted. We called on a recommendation from a friend on Thursday and they were out Saturday to check it out. The water heater was a total loss, and availability was difficult due to the widespread freeze. Good Flow was able to secure a hot water heater and install the following morning. I have seen quotes from neighbors for twice as much as I was charged and Good Flow likely could have charged the same and got it due to the situation, but kept to their honest pricing. I will recommend and use them in the future.
