Pierre and team were timely, professional and didn't jerk us around with mystery fees and surprise charges. After being referred to A&T by 2 of my neighbors, I chose to get 2 quotes for our crumbling and clog-prone 54 year old sewer line repair work. 1 from A&T and another from a competing company. A&T was more in line with my expectations. I expected there to be delays and let them do their thing. It's done when it's done, and there were some hurdles with rock, etc, but the end result was completed professionally. Best of all, the team were very very responsive during the last mile, ensuring that things worked. Glad I chose them and will do so for future projects. I'd happily refer them to others as well. WE CALLED MID MORNING ON SATURDAY WITH WATER STANDING IN THE KITCHEN. A PERSON ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE PHONE. ASA WOODLAND CAME OUT AND IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM. WE WERE SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY AM. ASA ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND WORKED UNTIL 9PM TO LOCATE AND REPAIR THE LEAKS WITHIN THE WALLS. HE WAS ABLE TO GET US WATER FOR MOST OF THE HOME WITHOUT LEAKS. HE RETURNED TODAY AS SCHEDULED AND WORKED EIGHT HOURS TO FINISH UP. THE WORK WAS DONE WITHIN THE BID AND SEEMS TO BE GOOD. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KEPT US UPDATED ON HIS PROGRESS AND ESTIMATED COMPLETION. THE COST SEEM IN LINE WITH OTHER PLUMBING WE HAVE HAD DONE. ASA IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AS HE IS COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANS UP WHEN THE JOB IS COMPLETE.

I have to admit, I’m not the best at taking care of household items. I’m not rough with them but I’m not great at proper care either. We had a badly clogged drain that we had let sit for a while. None of my attempts to fix it myself had worked. I called fast plumbing and they provided friendly service and they quick too.

They did respond very quickly and the technician was able to arrive the next day. He was running very late unfortunately, and it totally screwed up the baby's nap time. The appointment was scheduled in a 2 hour window which coincided with the baby nap - unacceptable. We determined the pressure reducing valve at the water connection was failing, as the pressure was over 90 PSI. They quoted me $1000 !!!!! To replace a valve that costs $75 at Home Depot and takes maybe 30 minutes to replace. WOW - incredible... DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. I've received other quotes for $250, $375 and $425 and the local yokel handyman would do it for $175... unbelievable.

In short too expensive and went with Clark Kent instead. Spent over $1000 testing for a leak when I called for a leak near my foundation with obvious signs of water. They never found it so planned to come back for another $1000 day. The tech never wore a mask and came down with a “viral infection” so they couldn’t show back up. Good thing I called Clark Kent Plumbing in advance. This plumber started to dig right away, found the leak and patched it all before noon. It was half the price.

Joel and his team from Good Flow are exceptional! They did such a great job on moving a water heater, we had them come back and do more work on our bathroom. Joel's team showed up on time, completed the work within the time frame, and went the extra distance and alerted us to further problems on the bathroom, we were able to get everything completed at the some time.
