S&D plumbing did a wonderful job from leak detection to repair. They were extremely responsive. Melvin and Jason did a great job detecting the leak and letting us know what the issue was. Esteban and Nate were very professional and did a wonderful job with the actual repair. They walked us through each step as they went and answered all of our questions along the way. Everyone involved was extremely professional and made a tough situation much easier to manage. S&D will be our go to plumbers for sure!

We had a massive leak that was driving up our water bills like crazy. Allen N. - the nicest guy - arrived first thing and spent the rainy day identifying the source of the leak, digging through a mess of vegetation, and beautifully repairing our pressure valve and leaking irrigation system. We were given a quote before service began and there were ZERO surprises with the final cost. Allen communicated so well with me throughout the day and avoided astronomic costs by finding the leak himself and bundling the repairs that we needed. He also took pictures and provided a detailed repair invoice for us to send to the city of Austin. His colleague, Kevin, was also a big help!On a separate occasion, our A/C stopped working. Keith arrived earlier than anticipated to fix it on a 100+ degree day. He was professional, upfront, and completely clear about everything that needed to be done. I didn’t feel pressured to buy a new unit, which is often what happens when our unit goes out. Instead, I was given the options and allowed to make a choice without undue influence. Keith was also especially patient with my two-year-old son, who wanted to watch everything he did!We will definitely use Daniel’s Plumbing again!

Mike and Kyle came out from Capital City Plumbing to diagnose and repair a leak behind the wall of my shower. They were determined to find and fix the leak. They were very clear on the cost, and the damage to the tile and wall that were necessary to get to the leak. Good communication, quick repair, and they cleaned up after. Great experience with these plumbing professionals. I worked with Cobey and his two assistances - Aaron and Dylan. Cobey quickly assessed the situation and came up with a plan to locate the leak. He was great in explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. Within an hour he located the leak and with my approval removed a small piece of the drywall and capped off the leaky pipe.I'm really happy with the service and will be using them if the need arises.Excellent work Cobey!!

This place truly is a 24 hr place. The shower valve on one of our upstairs valves stripped last night around 7 PM and wouldn’t turn off!!!! Here it is Labor Day weekend we just started calling plumbers that listed 24 hr emergency service. None of them were available until I found this company. They came out within an hour fixed the shower. Very professional? upfront with cost, and the repair was fast! This will become my new go to place. We also have two AirBNB properties and something inevitably is always going wrong. I’m so thankful to have found this place!

This firm has decided to capitalize on demand. They quoted me 660$ for a 15 minute repair. I paid their estimate fee of 89$ and said no thank you. Go elsewhere!

Jon was very professional and worked very efficiently. Once he completed one job (both bathroom faucets needed to be repaired), he made sure it was working well before going on to the next job. Brad came out to my house on a freezing December morning and replaced my owner cutoff valve at the street. He's super no nonsense, so if you're looking for touchy feely, go talk to the guy walking the plumbing aisle at Home Depot. He's done a couple of other jobs for me in the past, and I wouldn't call anyone else.
