Best Toilet Installation in Austin TX

We used S&D Plumbing for our water leak in the concrete slab. They have a great BBB rating and they arrived as scheduled. Ryan & Travis were able to quickly locate our leak and shut off the line and identify another problem that might have contributed to our leak. The following day, Carson and Coy arrived to run a new water line to our kitchen. They were very careful to be the least invasive to the interior finishes and replace the exterior valves. The crews were very professional and cleaned up the area when they left. We will use S&D Plumbing in the future.

We had a leak on the sprinkler pipe. Curtis did a great job on assessing the problem and get the supplies and fixing the issue quickly. He had to make couple of rounds on supplies as things didn't work out smoothly. Appreciate the patience he showed in the process. I'd hire Rooter Man again.

Benjamin was very courteous and on time. Gave me all scenarios for cleaning out our drain which I appreciated. Reset our toilet as well and caulked around it-looks much better then it did before. He also provided pictures in a detailed follow up report. Loved that! We will be using again!

Lifesavers. Had a leak in hose to water heater. Called several places before calling Radiant, could not find one that could make emergency call. Preston was out less than 2 hours after I called. Very professional. Will use for plumbing services going forward.Update: Zack and Antonio replaced our water heaters. They threw in some new outdoor faucets. Quick, smooth, and easy. Everyone I have worked with at Radiant so far has been professional and pleasant to deal with.

We are long time customers but it sees like they get better and better. I never knew that they have all the services that they do. Today we had both Gage and Baldemar out for different things and they were both professional courteous. They wore mask, feet covers and explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend them. I live in a four Plex they’re working on now and they were supposed to do the work from 8 AM to 4 PM they didn’t show up until 4 PM and we’re drilling underneath my unit until 10 o’clock at night I have a 10-year-old daughter and they kept her up late when she at school the next day I was also without water and she had swimming that night and I was not informed they’d be there that late I also was left without water I was told he would be there at eight in the morning and I waited for him before I left and he never showed up completely unprofessional I would never hire this guy to do your work they do not take you in consideration nor your children and they do all their work late.In response to the owner no nothing worked when they left our plumbing still doesn’t work. They were requested and scheduled to be there during the day not the night get your story straight. If they were here when they were supposed to be maybe they wouldn’t have had people flushing the toilet since they weren’t supposed to be there at that time.

I have used Mr. Rooter for quite a few years. They have done a variety of general plumbing jobs for us as well as major jobs like replacing a sewer line. They are always polite and on time, and in general do good work.My most recent experience however, makes me question whether I will use them again. We purchased a new toilet to replace an older model and I was planning to install it myself. However, I discovered that the water cutoff valve to the toilet was an old style valve with flare fittings and could not find a fill line that would fit. So I called Mr. Rooter to replace the valve with a more modern ball valve. I was given an estimate ($286) which seemed really high but I thought maybe it was more complicated than I thought. Well it wasn't -- the technician (who by the way was very nice -- no complaint with him) simply unsoldered the old valve and soldered in an adapter and new valve (actual time to complete all this was like 20 minutes plus a trip to a supply house because he didn't have the correct valve in his truck). So my $150 toilet ended up costing $450 thanks to the valve replacement and I'm still not sure why I was charged so much for the work.

Oscar was our technician and he was fantastic! He was very responsive, professional, and skilled at his work. Oscar was thorough and explained what he was doing. Scheduling and getting updates from dispatch was frustrating. If I were reviewing the dispatch team alone the stars would be much different. Oscar, the technician who visited us earned the 5 stars. These guys are great. I work for for a property management company…we have lots of plumbing issues that are in need of repair. They are honest and I don’t have to worry that they won’t take care of issues in a timely manor. Their quality of the work is great too.

Charged me $502 just to replace a Moen 1222B shower faucet cartridge which took ~10 min total. It was a weekend visit, they charged $178 for that but rest was for parts ($41 in Amazon) and labor, a total rip off. Everybody should stay away for this company; who takes advantage of the situation..

These guys are excellent! They have shown up on time every time I have called. I even referred them to a neighbor who had a leak, and she called to thank me because they did a great job, and charged her a really good price. I won't use another plumbing service.
