Jason and Travis subbed in for a call to my house to fix a busted tankless water heater. The guys were professional, thorough, and did an outstanding job all around. Really appreciate their efforts tonight.

We have used Rooter Man Plumbing for several years and have always had great service. Today they went above and beyond by responding not only the same day but within 1 hour to handle a plumbing emergency. Responding plumber was nice, polite, and most importantly very knowledgeable about the repair. Thanks again Rooter Man Plumbing.

HONEST, KIND AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!Tyler and Lennie from Mr. Rooter just left my home. We could not have been more impressed!Previously, we were notified that we had a sewer leak. We contested that assumption, and we were right. They system was tested and NO LEAK was found. This rave review is belated, but I just want to sincerely thank Capital City Plumbing and Drain, and especially Ryan, for doing such great work. We were concerned that we had a pipe collapse and that we would need to completely replace our old cast iron plumbing. That day will come, but for now the problem ended up just being a blockage. Ryan devoted serious time and effort to carefully investigating the problem, and then clearing the blockage. We are really thankful for his patience and focus and expertise! Capital City was also a fantastic company to communicate with. They were clear, prompt and efficient with texts and phone calls. Thank you so much again.

Service was prompt and effective but the price was much higher than other companies. I only paid because I was away from the house and it was an emergency.Edit: The manager contacted me and gave me a partial refund so the bill was very reasonable. Changing to 5 stars.

I called Melissa and they were the only one that was able to get to my problem quickly. As a GC sometimes things happen. This particular instance it was a problem we had caused. They showed up quick (a day ahead of schedule) and was able to identity the issue immediately. Thank you guys and I can’t wait to do more business in the future.

Had to get our water heater replaced and 1st Home was the quickest to respond to. Meet our needs. We had others return our calls the next day or several hours after contact. The 2 servicemen Andre Ross and Larry Baker were excellent. Andrew removed the old tank and had everything ready for Larry when he came to do the installation. He did a superior job on that installation and provided all the information needed to understand what was done and what we needed to do to ensure the warranty was taken care of. Would not hesitate to use 1st Home for future needs

Got a quote for clogged toilet. They arrived in 4 hours. Talk about FAST service!! Cameron & Luis checked my toilet and noticed I needed a new fill valve. They changed it, and the service was reasonably priced. Cameron has been with the company for 11 years. He is very polite and professional. Truly grateful to have Cameron and Luis fix my toilet. The owner, Johnny, has been in business for 40 years. Very impressed with this company and would highly recommend. Overall great experience!

Paul came out first thing in the morning to help with a Toilet install. He was able to fix the issue that I had caused myself quickly and professionally. Great service.

I was in desperate need for a new alcove bathtub for a remodel I was doing. After wasting days checking the big box stores and looking at overpriced junk, I thought there had to be a better way. I contacted Chris over Redbud Plumbing for some advice. I realized that this was more fixture related issue than actual plumbing issue but my thinking was that with the experience these guys have, surely they would be able to point me in the right direction on a quality product. Chris took the time and came up with a few options in my price point. He provided a detailed overview of each option which made my decision so much easier. He ordered it for me from one of their suppliers and I had my tub installed a few days later. Thank you for the outstanding customer service Chris and Redbud plumbing. You guys are fantastic!
