The receptionist, Yvonne, is always on her game. The two plumbers today (Alex and Dave) are professional and efficient and happy to answer any questions. I'm pleased and will use Mr Rooter again. (This is probably my 3rd time using them. They also fixed something easily that another plumber had told me I'd have to rip my wall out to take care of!)I have already referred Mr Rooter to friends and will continue to do so.

Had a water leak from an unknown location. They found the leak in my yard and repaired it. All work done in one day. They did leave my yard a mess, but they got the job done. The initial costs are not what you will end up paying. Costs keep adding up fast.

Paul from AAA Auger gave us excellent service in diagnosing and fixing a clogged line. The job wasn't a simple one since the clog was in a rerouted pipe and took extra effort to find. He also spotted a broken pipe at the back of the house and fixed it while he was here. His service was efficient, friendly, and first rate.

During the Texas winter storm disaster, we weren't able to turn our water back on at the sewer level because the valve deep in the ground was broken. Travis and his team were able to come and completely replace the parts and had us back up and running. They were quick to respond, they knew exactly the parts to bring, and were in and out. We will only use them in the future!

I came home from a week long trip to find my bedroom really cold. We'd had a front come through while I was gone. The unit wouldn't come on regardless of setting. The problem was found, the part was ordered and installed the next day. I couldn't be more pleased. Robert Alford was polite and didn't waste time both finding the problem and making the necessary repairs.

SCAM ALERT!!After being quoted $80x2 on the phone, they sent a tech out and had my tenant sign for $500 for 30 minutes of his time. They called me for payment and I didn't know the price changed until I looked on my bank statement.Called the office, they said this is common and the person that handles this type of thing was out till 'next week'It's been a few weeks nowBe very careful of this company

I've had Mark out to our first house for a major pipe burst in the garage a couple years ago and not only did he come out in the middle of the night and get the situation under control, he also let us know costs up front as well as what we could expect and do to better help prevent this kind of thing in the future. Having said that, when we moved to our new home in Pflugerville and our expansive clay soil bust the incoming water to the house near the foundation I knew just who to call. I spoke with Mark (the owner) and he was out to the house in about 20 minutes. As usual, Mark let me know exactly what the fee would be as well as a clear estimate on what to expect. The job was done timely and professionally and as always, Mark let me know what I could do in order to better protect the home as well as ways to avoid this kind of thing in the future. 11AM on a Friday I realized I had a major drain problem at my house. All toilets and sinks backed up and water leaking into the guest bath. I can do simple plumbing jobs but this was out of my area of confidence. Called a plumber I'd used before and left a message. When a couple hours passed without a call back, I turned to Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain. The receptionist was very helpful and sympathetic, taking my details and assuring me they could get someone over to look at my problem. Sure enough, an hour or so later Chris and Austin arrived to bail me out! Took Chris all of 5 minutes to properly diagnose a clogged main drain and almost as short a time to run a cable thru to fix it. Chris kept me informed every step of the way and patiently answered my many questions! He was very clear on options and reasonable on pricing and was polite, professional and friendly throughout the visit. We are now up and running, thanks to his and Austin's work. I hope I go a long time before having to call a plumber again but when I do, it will be Neighborhood!
