Radiant was great at communication and scheduling, and our technician Zach was great. He was here for a sink issue, but when he heard our house was a recent flip he took the time to give everything a look. We walked through all possible work and he gave us honest feedback on if it really needed to be done or not, risks in waiting, future work, etc. including quotes for all of it. Overall our experience was great and our original issue was resolved. Would recommend!

They must be desperate to hire because they have absolutely insane plumbers. I'm 64 years old driving a little SUV returning home from a doctor visit. Their driver, speeding on Duval street near the Domain, then crossed 3 lanes to turn cutting you off and slam on brakes because they must be missing the turn to go onto MOPAC to go north, no signal, no arm wave gesture showing kindness, just cut you off, then after honking, flip you the finger like it was you who did something wrong.After a few finger flips, the driver literally stops traffic behind him, gets out of his company truck, like he is going to fight...walks up to your window name calls you lots of CURSE WORDS more, then drives off. You follow to try to get and copy the drivers truck license as he risks lives on the highway speeding and risky lane changing and then at another stop into an apartment complex entrance, gets out of his truck and does it all again, cursing at you, triple finger flipping you while his arms are waving? All this even while you have the company's receptionist on the phone explaining to her this young Hispanic plumber's insane behavior, unsafe driving and asking her to speak to him.All this with their company name plastered all over their big truck, and the receptionist doesn't seem to care?She gets your personal information says a manager will call, of course no call. So since no call, l left this review.Would you want someone (a plumber) like this allowed into your HOME?

Called to get a quote to have some work completed, the plumber was very condescending on the phone, wanted to ask questions about my financial status and even looked up the value of the home online to continue his arrogant lecture. Stay away.

I've used Moore and Moore for over 15 years. Their reliability and professionalism is the reason I have never opted to go with anyone else. David is very knowledgeable and has been able to repair anything that has needed repair.

Way to much money

Paul the plumber was very knowledgeable and very friendly, professional and very thorough and detailed in his work. He is an excellent person and an asset to the company. He helped me with my kitchen sink and garbage disposal, also checked the plumbing thorough the home!!!

I called Austin Plumbery as a third opinion on an issue going on with my sewer drain line. Ultimately they did not do repair work for me so I am rating them based on an initial diagnostic visit and a follow up.Strengths:- Cool that it's a local, women, and latino owned business- For the first call they were much more thorough than my first two opinions and actually identified that the issue was a lot less bad than I originally thought. Overall, I was really pleased that they didn't just go off of what the two previous guys said, but actually confirmed for themselves. Honestly, this alone saved me thousands of dollars and weeks of work to tunnel under my foundation and replace my pipes.The bad:- After this initial call, I wanted to get the issue fixed ASAP and requested a quote for the repair. It took them a whole week of me calling them every day to finally receive a quote for them *just* to dig a hole in my yard to see what was going on. On the day and time they were supposed to come, they flaked and said they'd have to come the following day instead, which would have been fine except that I had to call them and it was already the end of the day.- Because it had already been more than a week since the tech had been out to my house, the spray paint lines showing where the pipes were in my yard were gone. The tech did not have a scope to be able to figure out where the pipes were so had to go back to the shop to pick it up. He said he would give us a call back but never did.Overall, I'm disappointed because I wanted to give this company my business but ultimately I had to go with another company.

We spent the first 10 minutes of the call just to get my name, address, email and phone number into her profile. Pretty frustrating as she could not spell, could not repeat my info correctly and did not seem to be all there in the conversation with me. Then I asked about service/trip charges which she said $89. No problem. I get and understand trip charge fees. I asked does this get applied to the cost of the work, from which she could not understand the concept. After a detailed description of that concept, she replies - no, trip charge is on top of any service provided. I chose to decline any further scheduling at that point. If she's correct, this is a terrible business policy. If she's wrong, then she shoudnt be on phones with new (or any) customer.Dont know the quality of work. I guess I wont know.

Stan's was quickly responsive to a non-functioning AC unit in the midst of a heat wave. They sent a service tech (Michael W.) the day after we called, and he did a thorough analysis of the issues. Unfortunately, the unit could not be repaired (both the condenser coil and evaporator coil had leaks; fan was rusted & in bad shape). The next day, they sent a project manager to review what all would be necessary to replace the system, with detailed quotes. Stan's pointed out energy rebates and tax credits that theyll do the paperwork for. They've also scheduled installation promptly (2 days). A competing AC company, which took 8 days to send out a service tech, missed some of the problems and gave a quick, overall estimate, without noting the credits/rebates. We weren't confident in their work, so sought a second opinion from Stan's. Stan's was more prompt, more professional, more thorough. Installation is yet to come, but I hope for the same quality of service we've received so far.

I hired O & M Plumbing to perform a Hydrostatic Test and it failed. Since the test failed I hired O&M Plumbing to located and give me a estimate for repairs. Antonio and his teammate were respectful, professional and very knowledgeable of their job. They took time to answer all my questions and concerns I had in locating the leak. After the leak was located, Antonio gave me a quote for repairs to include the extent of the work. Antonio came back the next week to start the job. Ben has a very good team of guys working for him. They keep their work area cleaned up the entire time. I would definitely hire this company again.

No callback from the service.

I was surprised by how quickly Nathan was able to come out and look at my water heater. He quickly troubleshooted the problem, and had a replacement part on hand! I found the cost for his services to be very reasonable and well worth it. I will be sure to call Nathan first for any issues that come up for my personal residence and rental properties.
