Best Shower Repair in Austin TX

I had a broken pipe and water had flooded my garage. I had been doing without water for 5 days. I was so fortunate to get an appt with S&D Plumbing. Travis and Eric were so nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. They quickly assessed the situation and gave me options. Travis explained several things to me that were very helpful. I will definitely be calling them for all my plumbing needs from now on!!

I noticed my water leaking from the manhole cover. I called Rooter-Man Plumbing as they had high marks on Nextdoor. Curtis came out to inspect and told me my PRV (I think that’s the name) valve was faulty. I was at work and therefore, had to rely on what he told me over the phone. Curtis did everything he could to keep the cost down, which is such a big blessing to me! He is an honest plumber, which is so rare these days. I appreciate Curtis and Rooter-Man Plumbing very much.

Farid installed a new digital wifi thermostat. He did a great job and provided wonderful service.

Now that Mr. Rooter's fixed my shower, I can properly shower them with praise! Okay, lame pun, but my point is that Mr. Rooter are Austin's best plumbers. They did a fantastic job fixing up my shower, which seemed to me to have been a lost cause.

Larry was an excellent technician and solved all of the issues. We also had a great time chatting and he shared some helpful knowledge with me during the process of fixing the items!

You get what you pay for. Like a lot of plumbers, they don’t ever meet their appointments and in a short time have provided awful customer experiences / gone completely dark.

This company was recommended by Nick from UnionJack Plumbing who I had used in the past but no longer does the work I needed (hot water heater replacement). My experience with Fast Plumbing was incredible, I have found a plumbing company that is straightforward, reasonably priced, do not change price quoted and do outstanding work. Jose and Steven were impressive, followed pandemic protocols, I only wish I could have tipped better. I will use this company moving forward. Highly Recommend.

At 8:30 this AM, the COA knocked on my door to tell me they had turned off my water because it was leaking 4 gallons per minute! Obviously this was a crisis as I had already flushed the toilet with my one and only chance.Plumb Masters fit me in this afternoon, immediately located where the issue was and had it fixed in under an hour. Dylan with Ben Franklin plumbing was amazing and so knowledgeable and patient with us regarding our issue. Being new home owners we are learning a lot about our house and we just had a crash course in sewer plumbing. Dylan was quick, assessed the issue, provided us with great information and things to look out for, etc. He resolved our issue quickly and we also had him quote more plumbing items we need to fix sooner than later. I can rest easy now that my issue is fixed and learned a ton in the process.

We were very pleased with what Paul did. Very informative of what work was being done also took time to take pictures and show exactly what changes were made.
