I came home around noon to find water pooling around my meter and valve in the front yard. I called Abacus who came right out, diagnosed the problem and arranged for repair that required digging up the valves and replacing them. The work was done professionally and quickly and restored my sense of well being.

They were there early and got the job done well in a efficient manner. I would gladly use them again.

I was called 3 times to confirm my appoint by 1st Plumbing Services. I waited the entire day and then finally called only to find out that they had me scheduled for 3 days later! They need to pull their head out of their ### and get it together. This cost me an entire days pay and now will cost another when I find someone else.

Recommended. They solved a problem I had with the condensing pressure system because it was poorly regulated. Kevin was super professional, very nice, and above all EFFICIENT. The quote was accurate and he and his partner were on time and my kitchen.has never looked better. I had lights installed in my kitchen, and now I am thinking about the rest of the house. The price was competitive, although not cheap. Plumber Thomas H. seemed very knowledgeable and dedicated to his craft. He plumbed a very clean & neat job, he was professional, and it was clear he is proud of his work. This makes me think that he took my job seriously despite it being some mere code upgrades and a water heater install. I'd definitely hire Thomas again for a higher profile job. Trades like plumbing are where you want your guy to be proud of his work.
