My heating/ac was not acting right - cold air was coming out when I expected hot ... and my electric bill had increased significantly .... it is fairly new, installed two years ago as a new unit. 1st Home sent out their employees Ryan Hill and Mikhail.After taking time to totally examine the unit, they showed me where the unit was failing to function properly and why. The original installation had been a fairly shoddy job, which unfortunately did not surprise me, and Ryan explained how they could fix the problem.I now have a wonderful unit that I expect will serve me very well.I like the fact that I am part of their membership and that all my heating/ac, electrical, and plumbing needs will be addressed by them as part of my membership.Ryan and Mikhail were particularly helpful, polite, punctual, courteous, knowledgable .... everything you would hope for in regards to service people entering your home to help.

The outside water detector where not reinstalled. The Saturday watering needs to be indicated and I need to learn how to use the new programming. Unable to ad photos

They are always a great option when it comes to take care of your house. If I see any type of damage in my plumbing or air conditioner I always call Turbo. They have a great maintenance plan and take care of everything.

Kevin was super professional, very nice, and above all EFFICIENT. The quote was accurate and he and his partner were on time and my kitchen.has never looked better. I had lights installed in my kitchen, and now I am thinking about the rest of the house. I recommend A Brighter Austin for anything you need done repair wise, especially with regard to electrical work.

Today ARS replaced an important part of my ac unit in the attic. I was very impressed with Peter W. He fixed the issue and answered all my questions too. They were very responsive and got it repaired very quickly. I have used ARS many times and their work is always done correctly and promptly!
