It's a typical story, where you have something unexpected, decide to break. As usual, at the more inopportune time. A leaking water heater isn't something you want to put off fixing for long. So I called around and sent out the usual Yelp quote requests. A&T plumbing was not only the first to respond early in the morning but had the best response.Their prices weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but right there in the middle. But I liked the transparent pricing, availability, and good product (it had good reviews). Others were way overpriced or had no problem recommending another unreliable product.They came by as scheduled, replaced the water heater quickly and professionally. No more leaks and the water is hot. I recommend these folks as well as a water sensor! As that saved me from potentially expensive repairs due to it being located on the 2nd floor.

I called Mr. Rooter in order to get a quote for a cleanout break in my yard. They scheduled the appointment, and then notified me that they were on the way. I feel as though they were honest, prices reasonable, and workers professional. Do yourself a favor and give them a call, they do quality work.

These guys are great. Dennis, who I now ask for by name, is fast, efficient and cheerful. He fixes my problems with a minimum of drama and expense. I once had a plumber say I needed a new $3500 sewer line. I got a second opinion from Johnny Rooter/Dennis and he fixed my problem for $125. I wouldn't use anyone else. The valve to the refrigerator ice maker had a leak that needed immediate repair. I called Santana Plumbing Company after hours and I was quickly given an ETA for a diagnostic estimate and repairs. The ice maker box with quarter turn brass valve and the hammer arrester were replaced within minutes. Jaime had all of the required equipment and tools needed.
