I loved the experience with this company. The receptionist Christy was very sweet and attentive over the phone!

The only downfall was that I did not get a call to notify me that the technician was on the way but it was a blessing that he showed up when I was told it wouldn't be for another 8 to 10 hours. He was very professional and got the job done quickly. Will definitely use Radiant in the future. I do not remember the technicians name but you know who you are and I thank you for helping me out.

We hired Capital City as part of a refresh on our house before putting it up for sale. We gave Jeff Bogus a list, he bid it, and we approved the work. He then took the liberty of adding on to his scope of work, and got snippy when we told him that wasn't in his bid - that it was on other vendor's work list. We questioned his bill, and endured some of his psuedo-legal bickering. Ultimately we paid his price and moved on - it wasn't worth the trouble. HOWEVER, a month later, we got a $1000 water bill. We asked Jeff to come out and check his work. He refused, saying that since we argued over the original bill, that removes (us from) additional work and warranty. As a recovering attorney, I always find this psuedo-legal babble entertaining. What isn't so entertaining is a plumber that's hard to deal with on the front end, and won't help on the back end when there's a problem. Caveat Emptor.

Oscar came out today and quickly fixed my main drain line. Very professional, took the time to explain and show me everything that was going on. Other plumbers have come out for the same blockage, but Oscar was the only one to find the real source of the block and get it taken care of. Top notch!

The company's staff are always very friendly and professional. They are quick in sending out the technician to the job site & providing a complete quote immediately before leaving the site. Their pricing are competitively reasonable!!! David Jones, one of their technicians, is thorough in describing the works that need to be done & beyond patient in answering all of my questions to put my mind at ease!! I give my recent plumbing experience five stars. My hot water heater went out in the morning and they had it replaced and repaired by the evening. The tech David was so professional and easy to work with. He was such a big help, knowledgeable and kind. Everything about this experience was awesome! Moore and More Plumbing will definitely be my plumbing company moving forward!

They need to learn how to drive. One of their vans tried to hit my vehicle and run me off the road because they don't know how to merge.

We had a great experience with Austin Plumbery! I searched for “woman-owned plumbing business” and Austin Plumbery came right up with many excellent reviews. I enjoyed reading about the history of the company on their easy to read/easy to use website. Communication with Deborah was prompt and seamless. Joe diagnosed our toilet issue and had to order a part. He also checked on three other small issues we had and came up with solutions right on the spot. Travis came a few days later with the new part fixed the leak. Everyone was extremely personable and authentic. We highly recommend their services.

Ryan was absolutely outstanding! After experiencing a clog in our sink, Ryan came out to diagnose the issue. Turns out we needed more than an unclogged drain, but Ryan and his team were fast, efficient, and so nice! Prompt customer service and a fantastic job.
