These people have done 2 jobs for me prior. I wrote positive reviews then and expected to do the same today. Issue:water heater pilot out; orange flame. (note: they did the install of 2 water heaters 15 mos ago.) Their apprentice, nice young man, advised me Rheem water heaters were causing problems with defective gas control valves. Curiously my 2 wh's had the 'good' gcv's and so 'this is a first.' Imagine that. Problem: After about an hour of assessment he spoke with his boss and then quoted me over $500 to replace the anomalous bad valve, $150 of which was for the drive to wherever these people store their material and about $350 for the hour it was going to take to do the job. It should be noted the original job, for 2 water heaters, was $1500. Today I was faced with a price 1/3 of the original cost for a part under warranty. Worse, the 'new' part was NOT going to have a new warranty; it was going to piggyback off the old warranty for the defective part. Service manager Jason offered no sensible explanation other than deferring to the limitations placed on them by their manufacturer. Advice: Get another manufacturer because customers should not be expected to pay exhorbitant 'labor' costs for defective parts. Lastly, no one should have to pay for your drive time. If this has been a problem with Rheem, and you knew the problem because I called a couple of days ago, then the driver should have arrived with parts already. I have already gone to one of the numerous competitors in this city.$79 today chalked up to lesson learned.

Our property management company hired these guys to fix an issue at our house. They left a message, we responded and scheduled an appointment for the next day (conveniently between 10 and 2). They said they would give us an hour notice. Flash to the next morning, when they wake us up at 7:30 a.m. and say they can have someone by in 30 minutes. And when we had the audacity to point out that it was rather early, the dispatcher turned snippy, which seems to be her default setting (if you are sitting around in the morning wanting someone to be rude to you, give her a jingle!) Then they showed up unaanounced at 8:45 this morning to turn off the water, and when we objected, the technician uttered a millenial ululation of I'm having a rough morning. If you have enough time for a level 7 hipster mustache, then your day can't be that rough.The manager ignored my first phone call three days ago, and my hopes aren't high he'll return the second call.One wishes they were as mild mannered and polite as their namesake -- instead, they are just super jerks.

We've got recommendation for Gilbert in our Nextdoor app, and we love him! Every time I called, he responded immediately. He always called before his arrival. He did a great job in installing a chair-high commode for us. He is very detail-oriented, super efficient, and also very friendly. Recently, he fixed our bathroom sink faucet due to a clogged aerator, and he didn't even charge us, stating that was too quick and easy. We are very impressed by his professionalism. I know he has a busy schedules, but I still highly recommend him, not just for his excellent skills, but mainly for his integrity and honesty.

Luke was a pleasure to work with on my plumbing issues. I had a very poorly installed shower drain where the drain spout was glued directly to the drain line. Luke figured out a great solution, took a little time to figure out the best approach, and produced a great result. Luke also found and fixed minor problems while replacing shut-off valves for connections through the house. I highly recommend his service.

OUTSTANDING!!!!Called Pierre on Sat due to pilot light on my hot water heater not staying on. Part was picked up on Monday nd installed by 11:00am Monday. WE HAVE HOT WATER AGAIN!!Great service, easy communications and very reasonable prices. In today environment the hardest thing to find is a honest, master mechanic, electrician or plumber at a reasonable cost. A&T Plumbing is it!!!

I called Mr Rooter needing two 27 year old water heaters replaced in my home. I wanted to install tankless heaters and one of my old ones was leaking. A young man came out and turned off the water to the leaking water heater and drained it. I paid him for his service and the price was very reasonable. Then came the pricing for the new install. After having his boss come out to evaluate my propane piping ,who then told me of how inadequate everything was to have two water heaters, he quoted over $ 25,000 to add pipes and regulators all across my attic to fuel my two new water heaters. I had another company install the same water heaters, made all the gas connections and they work like a charm for less than $8,300. I will not call Mr. Rooter again.Perry Marlow

Today the technician was supposed to be here between 8 and 10 am. I cancelled the appointment because the technician arrived at 10:15 or 10:20 to start a major job and I had an appointment later after lunch. The excuse the office gave me was that the technician forgot his tools at home and had to go back to get them. This was the second time this has happen with the same technician. The first time I had an appointment with same technician came to do the job he said his tools were in the truck and the truck was in the shop so he had to come back to do the work. The second appointment with same technician went well and the work was done well. But forgetting tools or not having tools with you 2 out of 3 times does not make for good customer service.

We needed something to prevent rats from swimming up our sewer pipe and called several other plumping services and were told they didn’t know how to help us, until we called L&P. Fabio was familiar with the business and recommended installing a backflow preventer. It only took a couple of hours between we made the phone call and the technician arrived. Got the problem solved fast and professionally!

You will not regret using Jeff for any and all plumbing needs you have. He is extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t try to upsell you things like ALL other plumbers do. He was able to come out same day to check everything out and was back the next morning to replace our broken 50gallon water heater with a tankless. So grateful and will never use anyone else for all things plumbing related!

I just used Fast Plumbing for a cracked water lines in front yard and I could have not had better service. Unexpected issues like this & especially before Christmas is stressful to say the least. After called multiple plumbing companies, Fast Plumbing was the only one able to address it same day. The young man, Mycol, that came out could not have been nicer. He was quite knowledgeable and he explained and showed me everything so I completely understood cause and how it needed to be fixed. He was very patient with all my questions and had a very calming disposition. He definitely helped ease my anxiety. Once it was repaired he showed me everything he had done. He filled holes back up & left front nice. Mycol also went over all invoice details before payment. Price was not as high as I was expecting either so that’s was a nice bonus. One positive for this company is their plumber was very nice! When I called, I described my situation about a leak in my house, the City detected from their computers. I explained to Moore that I had checked all the obvious places: The grounds outside, toilets, spouts, listening for any running water whatsoever. That was the reason I was calling, because I couldn't see or hear any water.They ended up charging me $89 for a look check, which I had already done and explained that again to the plumber. He inspected outside, as I already had done, and suggested I call back when the ground was not wet from the rains. He did not perform any kind of water pressure test. He just gave me his opinion which was to wait for the ground to dry out after the rains we had.I had the presence of mind to call another plumbing company who came out the very same day and performed all kinds of water testing and found the water leak under the foundation.
