What I didn't expect is that you would charge approximately $250/hour for the work itself. I had Clarke Kent come out awhile ago for a repair that was under warranty. They fixed that issue, but after they left I noticed my hot water was running out very fast. My family and I made due for quite some time, but finally called a different company out when our hot water just wouldn't make it through an entire shower. The other company found wires that were never re-attached to my bottom thermostat, giving me use of only half a tank of hot water. They also said how lucky I was that there hadn't been a fire. I asked CK to reimburse me for the repair since it was their mistake that was fixed. They refused, and only offered a credit for future services. NEVER would I use them again, even for free services.

Jesse and Zak were very friendly and helpful in explaining the options available. They arrived when expected and left a clean work space, always remembering to install booties before entering the house. It was also nice to be notified in advance of the visit and to be sent a text of the tech coming out; I appreciate these touches. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend the company.

Called this company again after my husband used them several years ago. Needed to have the cartridge replaced in my Moen water faucet. A 15-minute job was drug out for 2 and 1/2 hours because the plumber did not have the parts on his truck. Was not told ahead of time that you get charged for an hour minimum whether the job takes 15 minutes or not. Also, was not informed that I was being charged for 30 minutes driving time until it was time to pay my bill. Very shady... When you choose a profession that requires you to drive around town and then charging people for doing what your job requires! Watch out for this company! Be sure and ask for a quote ahead of time and make sure that the plumber has the parts required when he gets there!

Recently my water heater stopped working and reached A&T services. They fixed it pretty quickly. The issue with the heater was with the controller and Pierre was able to restart the water heater. As this was quick fix Pierre did not charge us for his service visit. Great of him. I would highly recommend to my friends and family members.

Mr Rooter was prompt and efficient at unstopping our kitchen drain. Nick arrived within 3 hours after we first contacted the company. He ran a snake approximately 50 ft to unclog the drain. I am very please with Mr Rooter ( Nick). He also spoke with my wife about things she could do in the future to help mitigate future clogged drains.

My water main broke and my water had to be shut off, which was a drag. Nathan and his crew went above and beyond the call to get my water main replaced. There was a scheduling issue with their regular digging crew. So, they rented the equipment and did the digging themselves. I could not be more pleased with how quickly they got the job done and my water back on!

Highly recommend these guys. They did my house and I am pleased with their work. Great communication and service, easy to work with and they were very friendly. They know what they're doing and do it well.

They came to fix a leaky toilet. charged $300. INSANE. I can get a new toilet purchased and installed for less. Avoid this company.

Must say this is the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with any plumbing issue. The guys were professional, timely and very nice. I will use this company from here on out!!

They may be ok installing something or augering a sewer, but they are not able to troubleshoot and fix a problem. Avoid them for finding a fixing a problem. They'll charge too much, take too long and in the end you'll find their diagnosis was wrong and you'll still need to fix the real problem.

So happy to report that Benjamin Franklin plumbing exceeded expectations m called at 3 plumber here by 415. Clogged bathroom sink was in working order within the hour. Plumber also answered questions about long term maintenance of our pipes. Dylan was easy going, professional, and capable. Very happy with the outcome and service.

Refuses to let you buy your own parts even if they are the exact ones he would use. Which to me sounds like a scam. Getting over on people must be how he makes a living
