Had a water leak with no obvious source. BenjaminBL came out and removed my toilet. We had to have other repair work done that was outside of the plumbing scope of work. BenjaminBL came back out today to put the toilet back in place. All good. This was our first time using BenjaminBL and when and if we have more plumbing issues, we will surely call again!

Contacted EPS to replace an existing hot water heater and to bring to the current codes. Talmage provided a quote when he came to do the estimate. Placed the call a few days later to schedule the replacement and EPS was able to come out same day to do the install. Talmage did a thorough job with the installation.

Pierre’s staff are top quality, from the project manager to the installation workers. We had a situation involving old water tanks that could not easily be removed from our attic. Not only did one of the guys, who had prior experience on a frame crew, warn me off of making a significant mistake regarding a demo idea I suggested as a way to get the things out, they also cheerfully set them up again after initially draining, so that we could have water until a remedy was decided. The remedy was a Rinnai Tankless water heater. We also researched Navien and can safely say either brand is a good choice. We had been aware of the tankless option but skeptical. We shouldn’t have been. It is operating perfectly, and the savings on our energy bill are tremendous. Many other features like the smartphone app to remotely control it and the latitude they give you over parameters - regarding max heat temps for example - are persuasive examples of why you should try tankless.Regarding A & T itself though, particular recognition must go to Don, a supervisor and on-site coordinator - and his team, Drew and Daniel. These guys are pros. They can solve problems. They are available during early and odd hours, when the inevitable kinks have to be worked out. They gave us a great price.Going forward, we will be taking our all of future business there, be it mundane yearly checks, or major work.

Update 11/17 - 3 days later, sink is clogged again and now my faucet extension hose gets stuck half the times I use it. I'm done.Update: Alvin Santoy came back today. He explained that any time you take pipes out and change things, you possibly impact the seal of the sink. He rechecked everything and fixed the ptrap. So far so good. Thanks to Alvin for his responsiveness.Work was done to unclog drain and while here the plumber moved things around, rerouted the cord from the dishwasher to the garbage disposal and not sure what else. Besides the clogged drain, we had never had any other plumbing problems, no leaks, no issues with the garbage disposal. Suddenly, post the repair we have issues with the pipes under the sink and there is a lot of leakage. The plumber indicated there was a leak in the p-trap and provided an estimate for an additional repair on top of the $350+ I paid for the clogged drain. It just feels as if the work done to unclog the drain caused more issues as now instead of having water backing up in the sink I have water pooling under the sink in the wood cabinets.I sent a note to them to ask for a revisit and received a call from someone who basically told me it was likely a problem with the p-trap and that's why I have the water. But, again, I had no issues prior to the repair visit.Hoping they can resolve the issues. But must admit I was not a fan of the agent who tried to say the issues were due to me not adding on another service with Mr. Rooter.Stay tuned for update!

L&P plumbing recently installed 5 toilets in our home. After a few weeks we discovered water pouring through our downstairs guest bathroom ceiling light fixture. We immediately called an emergency plumber (S&D) to see if they could determine the problem. Their conclusion was that the toilets were not installed properly by L&P. Leaking toilet water from the upstairs caused damage to the inside and outside of our walls. Since that toilet was installed so poorly we became concerned about all other toilets installed. S&D discovered they were also installed poorly, not sealed. L&P came out today but refused to properly seal the remaining toilets. We now have to use another company and pay to redo their failed work and hope no more damage is done to our home. It's been a complete nightmare and no one wants to deal with toilet water all over their house. I would feel completely different if L&P would correct their failed work. I would most definitely choose another company.

No issues with their tech staff nor their actual work except that they were slow in scheduling us in BUT:Out of the blue, 1 month after they invoice my insurance directly, they call me and threaten to put a lien on our property for not paying an invoice we have NEVER heard of. She then proceeds to admit that they are behind on invoice follow-ups and even still it is OUR fault for our insurance not paying out what they said they would. I expressed that it was completely unreasonable to call me and threaten me when this is the first time I hear about such invoice, and further it was their fault they are behind on invoices and she had no remorse for her threatening behavior continuing to state regardless it was our problem to ultimately fix.I pay my invoices, I have no debt issues, never had never will. Further, LEARN TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE AND DON'T BLAME OTHERS FOR YOUR LACK OF PERSONEL OR OVER ALL SLACKING AT WORK!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Paid $550 to have them come clean my AC unit. Didn't check any airflow, showed me before/after pictures of the unit and looked at my Nest thermostat and left. Low and behold a few hours later; my house isn't being cooled to 72 degrees as it had been set, it's now slowly creeping towards the 80 degree mark. The worst part is when I called them to explain my issue and see if they could come back out (business is literally a mile or two from my house); I was told no technicians. Ok, that's understandable, but when I asked if fees could be waived for not fixing my AC unit the first time and coming out the next morning, I was greeted with hostility. I believe it was something like, I'm sorry what? I can't do that, unbelievable., I am then put on hold for upwards of 10 minutes with no explanation....I eventually hung up the phone and when I called back, got the same person, albeit a bit nicer saying they were calling technicians for me... Interesting, couldn't have mentioned that when you aggressively put me on hold with no explanation. Also, nothing was mentioned about any sort of fees for the upcoming visit. Definitely cancelling any sort of maintenance contract with them after that experience. And now another day wasted where I have to wait around for them to come. PASS...UPDATE: 4 Days Later... AC has begun not cooling again. Another call to the company, can't send anyone out today of course. So after 3 visits, 1st being the initial diagnosis, the next being the 4th, they still haven't fixed the problem. Didn't know fixing AC was like playing horseshoes or bags, just throw something at it and hope it works, who cares if it takes them 4 times to fix it. My electric bill is considerably higher than it's ever been. Oh well, live and learn I suppose. And what have we learned today? Not to use 1st Home & Commercial Services....UPDATE July 16th, 2019: Feel like it's just due diligence to update this review now. Cancelled my maintenance contract so I am only minus $400 dollars and no working AC, guess that's better than $550. So after their 4th visit to my house, they finally determined there was a giant crack in between a vent/furnace in my attic and basically all my cold air was leaking out... SO WHY DID IT TAKE 4 TIMES TO FIND THIS??? I have no idea. Again, it's cost a lot in time (mine and the companies) and energy (bills) for them to determine this. I asked if the tech could send me the pictures he took in my attic, and he said he would send a quote.July 17th, 2019: Finally received the quote at noon, $370.00 to repair a duct with aluminum tape... Hmmm, hard pass. Even if I have to pay someone double or get up there myself, it would be worth it. That's about how I feel after a week plus of this, 4 visits, and who knows how many phone calls.

David not only successfully replaced my toilet flange, a major accomplishment in my old house, but he walked me thru each step of his creative solutions while ensuring that all code requirements were met. He's not the first tech to work on this toilet, but I am confident that this is the long-term solution I needed. I highly recommend Moore and More Plumbing. I know they will be my go to company for future needs.

Had no hot water at night due to construction that the remodel company couldn't figure out but wanted to charge me $500 for a new pilot switch. Requested to Ben Franklin that someone come out the next day which they did and were able to arrive much earlier than scheduled. Dylan is very professional and pleasant to deal with. The issue was minor, and I was only charged the service charge. Very happy with tech and service and happy that I have contract with them.
