Came out and replaced a sewer pipe that had a cracked joint. Very professional and would recommend to anyone needing help.

Benjamin was very courteous and on time. Gave me all scenarios for cleaning out our drain which I appreciated. Reset our toilet as well and caulked around it-looks much better then it did before. He also provided pictures in a detailed follow up report. Loved that! We will be using again!

Had a leak water pipe near the boiler. Had called other businesses first but when I explain where the leak is they all said no bc without asking they assumed it was the boiler. Called Radiant they were very helpful they asked for more details and thru their proving questions they determined even though the pipe was by the boiler it was not a boiler line. So I was sold already since they actually wanted to help unlike the other businesses they just wanted me off the phone. Their tech came out the next day on time. He was professional well dressed and well spoken explained the issues and gave me an actual estimate I agree to have it fixed and my issue is solved. Next time I will call Radiant for repairs.I will not waste any time calling local or other businesses that only want easy money and not work. Based on my experience I highly recommend Radiant! I had a garbage disposal installed among a few other services a little over a year ago.The technician suggested he replace angle valves on all my sinks and toilets as a precaution because the old ones can fail at any time. Sounds great. Come to find out they charged over $70 a piece for something that costs $5 at home depot and installation is as easy as screwing in a light bulb.I guess the tech was so worried about angle valves that he forgot to inspect the condition of the sink mount before installing the new garbage disposal.It had been leaking a little ever since and gradually getting worse. I just put a bucket down there and didn't think too much about it until today.Here are the pics:No they will not be back to my house.

Had a great experience with Shawn. They replaced our pump on our sump pump and it is working great. Very affordable compared to Radiant and they shot us straight.

L&P replaced 50 feet of sewer drain pipe, had to dig it up from below ground. They began first day I called for service. Their personnel were professional and friendly and allowed me to look over their shoulder every step of the way (very patient with me). Their price was very reasonable, much lower than other quotes that I received.

A copper line was cut and leaking in 5 spots . No digging or anything special . Pipe was open area to fix . Took the plumber about 1 1/2 hours . Charged us $2475.00 almost $2500. What kind of bull is this . And of course we had pay it . They took advantage of the situation. Do not use these guys .

We had a great experience with Brad. He completed 4-5 small projects in the kitchen and bathrooms. One of the faucets he replaced in the bathroom wasn't working properly a few days later and he came back the same day I called to replace the part and did not charge us for parts or labor. He was timely, quick, and polite. We try to support small local business as much as we can and will definitely call Brad again.
