Glad I pushed through and scheduled the appointment. Kevin was professional, thorough. He determined that no new appliances were needed, and no timely service was required. I called BenjaminBL plumbers because they were supposedly a 5* company. We had a leaking toilet and called them only for them to tell me that they could not come out for 7 days. We went ahead and took that appointment. A family member was here at that time and would turn the water off at night. Earlier this same year, that same toilet had a piece break off during the night and our home flooded impacting most of our house. This flood was two weeks to the day after major heart surgery. I explained my concern about a previous flood and they said they could not come before then. Our day of appointment arrived and 1/2 hour before the end of day, an employee called and canceled the appointment and said they could not reschedule our appointment until 7 more days. They would not schedule it the following day because they were committed all day. I was horrified that they were so unresponsive to our concern of a repeated flood and being that we are elderly, it was not something we could continue to turn on and off the water as we both have walkers. We called another plumber the following day and we received service that same day. BenjaminBL were shockingly unconcerned about our situation. It was disturbing how cold they sounded.I received your response claiming that my daughter was rude who spoke with you after I did. In fact that was not me and she was not rude, simply angry that you were postponing us for another week instead of coming the next day. You also waited until the end of the day to call us in a situation that could have caused us another flood. There was not an apology. Usually when you cancel a person, that person should be next in line for an appointment. Our daughter was afraid to return home to another state and have us with a potential flood as we’re elderly. Is the person so fragile that called that they can’t deal with anger about no service? Do we have to walk on eggshells when speaking with you? What if we agreed to another week and then you cancel again? One more thing we canceled your appointment. By the way you say you are veteran owned and I want you to know that you just let a 90 year old Korean War veteran down. I was adding this paragraph since you commented without us being able to say our side.

I had a great experience with EPS. I called on Thursday and had an appointment for Tuesday. Dustin arrived at the very beginning of the service window, which was very convenient and he had a leak and a clog fixed within two hours. Thanks Dustin!

I live in a four Plex they’re working on now and they were supposed to do the work from 8 AM to 4 PM they didn’t show up until 4 PM and we’re drilling underneath my unit until 10 o’clock at night I have a 10-year-old daughter and they kept her up late when she at school the next day I was also without water and she had swimming that night and I was not informed they’d be there that late I also was left without water I was told he would be there at eight in the morning and I waited for him before I left and he never showed up completely unprofessional I would never hire this guy to do your work they do not take you in consideration nor your children and they do all their work late.In response to the owner no nothing worked when they left our plumbing still doesn’t work. They were requested and scheduled to be there during the day not the night get your story straight. If they were here when they were supposed to be maybe they wouldn’t have had people flushing the toilet since they weren’t supposed to be there at that time.

Wonderful experience with the two guys who found and fixed our leak. Nick came out and told me the plan and gave a good estimate. Within 20 minutes underground leak was detected and he and Eddie fixed as promised. Professional and polite. Would definitely ask for these two again.

Brad did a great job and took the time to really understand and solve our plumbing problems. We'd had no fewer than three other plumbers who had come out previously and proposed everything from It's hopeless, just live with it, to $6000 to excavate and lay all new pipe. Brad actually knew how (or at least was honest enough) to fix our existing fixtures, and was done in about an hour. Did I mention he was also super nice?
