Water softener was leaking which replaces whole system with one with life time warranty on the tanks. Also flushed the tankless water heater which requires replumbing. Also got water pressure back up to what it was 5 years ago. Excellent service and the guys worked long hours (approximately 7) but were diligent and did excellent work. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service. I called Rooter Man to fix a broken copper tube on my shower wall. I thought they would have to get behind the wall to repair it, and that it would take several hours and cost hundreds. Not the case. Jason was at my house in 30 minutes, and because he was able to salvage the broken pipe, he finished the job in 25 minutes and only charged me the basic service fee. They will definitely get my business again.

Pierre was quick to respond and got me on the schedule immediately to get a utility sink installed in our garage. Geronimo and his team were very respectful and did a clean job. It may have been a small job but they treated me like I was getting my whole house done. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Very easy to get an apptmt and he came earlier than our apptmt time. He did not have everything to do the job and went to the store to get items he needed and finished the job. An hour or so later, it stopped working again. We called back to the office and said he will come back after his other jon. He fixed the other problem on the toilet and gave us a price break due to having to return. I would use them again.

Capital City is super competitively priced! I got estimates that were so much higher. And they don’t skimp on quality or customer service. They were fast, friendly, and professional. I’d had two plumbers out for the same problem and it persisted until I hired Cap City. Within an hour it was fixed and hasn’t reoccurred. Support this small family owned local business! You won’t be sorry.

They showed up promptly on time and communicated arrival. Upon checking out my different concerns, they advised the best path forward with a few recommendations based on my personal DIY ability. I was optimistic about using Thunderbird Plumbing to replace a water heater in our home after reading some of the reviews and after my initial contact with them. Unfortunately, the owner seems to have become offended by my asking him how many years of experience his technicians have and if are they certified. The owner's first response was You likely found us by our reviews? I couldn't tell how many water heaters we've replaced. I responded that I wasn't trying to insult anyone and apologized if it came across that way. I was just looking for some peace of mind. He responded with No worries, just let us know if you have any more questions. So I again asked if he could tell me how approximately how many years of experience his technicians have. To this I received two responses - one stating each technician's years of experience, and then another email that said I’m going to respectfully decline. You take care.

I had a big issue that I needed help with fast - Called Plumb Masters and they were out within 2 hours and Brian and Joe were both amazing! They know their stuff and walked me through everything they needed to do. I had complete confidence in them and they were able to fix my issue and alleviate my worries for much less money than I was afraid it was going to be. I would highly recommend them. I had several broken pipes due to the cold weather. Called More and Moore plumbing. They came out as soon as they could. Made very professional repairs. Their tech's were courteous and professional. Pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone.

Robert fixed our issue quickly and professionally. He explained precisely what happened and suggested we check out another component that might be causing us problems - and his hunch was correct.I correctly installed a gas dryer in our home, however, our clothes still weren't drying. We called another company (Hill Country Homework - might be Austin Homework by now) to inspect the issue. The tech (probably the owner? he couldn't seem to make up his mind about whether he's the owner) suggested a fix that made things worse. He left our home with an obvious scent of gas and told us to call 311 if the smell was noticeable the next morning. It was - and the fire department came to check it out.Robert was dispatched later to investigate the issue. He comported in exactly the way you'd expect from a Marine Vet. He also suggested we check if the dryer vent that runs from wash room to the roof was clogged. Sure enough, that was why our clothes weren't drying - it had nothing to do with my installation. I'd recommend Robert at Johnny Rooter to anyone.

Jason managed to replace my shower cartridge for $400 that a previous plumber was gonna charge me $1400+ for. Saved me a lot of time hassle and money, came out and fixed the problem same day, 100% recommend them.

Kortez moved our clothes washer hookups in our laundry room and did a great job. After a problem with the new fixture getting clogged with hard water deposits he was really helpful in getting are water working again. Thanks!
