John provided an assessment for my HVAC system that was not cooling. He provided detailed reasons and evidence for the system failure. John stepped me through the process for next steps and offered his number for any follow up. John was personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

Economy Plumbing (and our technician Luke) provided customer service that I am not accustomed to receiving in Kingsland. They answered the phone every time I called and provided a written quote by email within minutes of coming to my home. He was able to do the job that week and the company provided text message reminders and alerts to his arrival time.We had Luke install a tankless hot water heater with a propane conversion, a job that our original plumber told me that they didn't know how to do and wouldn't attempt. Luke did a fantastic job at a fair price. So glad to know about Economy Plumbing... just wish I had known about them from the start of my project.

Fantastic experience with A&T. Had a leak that was so bad that Austin Water contacted me due to excessive water usage. Called A&T at 2pm, they had it done, yes done by 6 pm. Great work. Everyone was friendly with a sense of urgency. Corbin and Corbin, Associates, as I came to call them, explained everything as it was progressing, and made sure to get a quote before starting any major work. I think it's safe to say that Mr. Rooter is one of the more reliable plumbers in Austin. Not perfect, but they work well and work hard, which are rare traits among most companies in most fields nowadays.

Asa provided excellent service! He went above and beyond by helping us out with an additional faucet problem. Asa was prompt, professional and quick.

Fabian and his team are the BEST! They’ve helped me with many issues I’ve had in my weird, old house, each time finding an affordable fix, when I was dreading a huge bill. Oh, and as a single female homeowner, I always feel safe with them in my house. They even helped me push my car once when it had died in my driveway!! ?would recommend every time!

Needed to have a 26KW Briggs and Straton home standby generator installed. After getting a few plumbing quotes Jeff with Thunderbird Plumbing came out on top. His team showed up early and went straight to work despite some rainfall. It was a small workforce there to lay a gas line from the home to the generator. These guys were a digging machine and the entire job was completed in 5 hours. They laid down tarps to capture the soil then carefully cut the sod. They hand dug a 45 foot long, two foot deep trench. They laid the poly pipe, labeled for safety then connected cutoff and pressure controls on each end. Then installed the battery and test ran the generator. Purred like a kitten. They watered in and tamped down the loose soil as they filled the trench. Won't be long until your won't even be able to tell they did anything in the back yard. His team comes highly recommended! Thank you Jeff I know where to go when I need some plumbing assistance.

I was referred to Plumb Masters by another company and boy I’m I glad they did. PM was the 4th company that I had come out. Each previous company was unreliable, unprofessional, or downright dishonest. From the the scheduling to the onsite visit with PM they were extremely pleasant and professional. Cody and Robert were 2 of the best service guys I have dealt with. They were respectful, knowledgeable, informative and just plain good guys. They were able to fix my clog and make some additional recommendations. I later called and spoke with Mark, the owner, and it became abundantly clear why dealing with Cody and Robert was such a great experience. Mark took the time to explain a few things and answer all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely use them again and I recommend anyone who has plumbing problems to give Plumb Masters a call.

I have used First plumbing services I guess they do everything now -for my rental property exclusively and a few years back they installed a sump pump because the property lies lower than it should. Well the problem happened again and the technician went to the property and found the reason why the toilet was backing up into the shower was because the sump pump had stopped working. The outdoor electrical outlet had gotten water in it and it shorted out so all he needed to do was trip the breaker. He explained what happened and that the outlet should be one that is protected from the elements because it needs to be plugged in all the time obviously My question to him was since they installed it why would they not have installed the proper outdoor outlet so this couldn't happen ?!- and I never heard back from the company! In my mind to make this right I think they should replace the outlet with a proper cover I don't ask for a monetary compensation I would just like to have it fixed -done the right way

Fast and great service. David Steele was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Will definitely be using these guys for all my future plumbing needs.

I have used them for YEARS! A few service people were duds, but mostly I feel their service is quality, prompt, and professional. They will continue to be my go to! Also kudos out to Roselyn (admin staff) that assisted with scheduling—as the first contact she represented AAA very well!
