They are the worst plumbers I have ever met! I was having a very basic sink installed in my bathroom. It was meant to sit on a half stem. The first plumber (apprentice) came out and first he did not center it on the wall, they he could not set it up on the half stem, he told me it would work sitting on the brackets. He had to support the sink on my plastic box I use for decorations and told me to leave it overnight while the caulk set He gave me a bill for $700.00 Charging me overtime even though the appointment was schedule for 2pm and he did not show up until 5 and when he could not finish he called in another apprentice plumber to help out. So I was charged for two plumbers and overtime. The next morning when I removed (or tried to remove the plastic box) it started to pull away. I called the owner and was told that they would come fix it at no charge, i was impressed that they were going to take care of it in this matter....but no cost meant I still owed the original $700.00....outrageous never never never use these plumbers

The people were friendly. I requested gas lines to be evaluated. The young man who came to the house to evaluate and give an estimate was not experienced in this situation. The job was clearly out of his area of expertise. Then the estimate was considerably higher than even full replacement cost (based on area average price per foot). It was worth the $100 evaluation fee to request that he leave. I called another plumber who provided expertise over the phone that will save hundreds (you can search for my other review). This young plumber may be great at water pipes, but that's not what I asked for.UPDATE 11.29.22: Received a call from the company, an apology, an explanation, and a refund. They were sincere in their desire to provide quality service. I appreciate their personal attention to this review and that deserves a change in rating.

Brenden came out to help us with our water heater and he was awesome. He explained everything to us so we understood exactly the problem. He explained the solutions to us thoroughly and helped us better understand financing. Brenden was thoughtful and thorough. I will definitely be doing business with Radiant.

Finding good, honest tradesman for our company has never been an easy tasks. We recently dealt with a clogged main line that caused back up in the toilets and our washroom....and discovered it after 5p. Thinking I was going to have to shell out an arm and a leg to fix it, I remembered the recommendation to contact Daniel's. Off the bat it was half the price to come out after-hours than other places. They were professional, not sketchy, knowledgeable, and on time. We worked with Nick, Morgan, and Matthew - all awesome. I can't recommend them enough, and we will use them again to fix other minor issues we've been having.

The employee showed up at my house on time and was very polite. He did an inspection of my home and then went to the problem area. He did multiple quotes with different degrees of service. It was great! To see the service options I could have done with the price was fantastic. The employee went above and beyond my expectations. He was even able to assist with an ongoing problem with finding my sprinkler system. Hi five on that one. I will definitely use again should I need plumbing service again. I think it's safe to say that Mr. Rooter is one of the more reliable plumbers in Austin. Not perfect, but they work well and work hard, which are rare traits among most companies in most fields nowadays.

Excellent experience with Capital City Plumbing and Drain at a reasonable price. Worked with Shawn and his communication was great. Called before he arrived and answered all the questions we had.Worked was well done with our outside pipes and valves and he cleaned the area when he completed the work.Had Shawn also look at our water heater project and he gave us a few different options to consider and was very informative.I would recommend Capital City Plumbing and will give them a ring for next project.

I live at Westminster Manor and when my garbage disposal backed up and WM could not repair it, Roto-Rooter was called. Omid Mandave came to my apt and worked diligently to fix the problem. He was so professional, polite, careful of my surroundings (I have some valuable carpets that had been water damaged by Westminster repair men) and after a lot of work solved the problem. He was courteous, hardworking and I was impressed by his work ethic and professionalism. If ever indeed the service again i will certainly ask that this particular employee. Thank you

When they say If You're Not Happy, We're Not Finished, it is no joke. Even though there was some unexpected development in the middle, they went all the way to resolve my original issue. And then when I asked for small follow up patch job, they replied with thorough high quality work that made me feel quite guilty. Customer satisfaction driven, I think they are built to grow. Highly recommended.

This is an overdue review for a yard leak repair back in January. Dustin & Jacob showed up on time and quickly located the underground leak. They repaired it with a minimum of fuss and were efficient and courteous. Although plumbing repairs are never cheap, the guys were clear on the pricing and I felt it was reasonable . I would definitely recommend Plumb Quick as a very good local company who are responsive and conscientious
