Received notice when Dustin was on his way with a picture as well. Showed up on time. Explained everything so I understood what he did/found. He did the water heater drain/fill maintenance and replaced the faucet in the shower.

5 Star service. Was without water for a week due to storm. When I contacted the company they got to me quickly and the technician Ivan was super nice, professional and worked into the late night 10pm to get me water service. I will be recommending this company to All.

In November, I experienced a massive leak in my yard. Radiant was working on a house down the street, and came over to help. Turns out there was a busted sprinkler from a neighboring house. From then I promised myself to use Radiant for future plumbing needs. Andrew came by today, on time, and helped fix a few outstanding issues with my faucet, toilet and overall water pressure. He was incredibly helpful and jumped into fix. I appreciated the thoroughness and the ease of getting an appointment. Highly recommend them!

Unfairly high pricing for the service. Paid their service call fee and sent them packing. Just needed a simple kitchen drain unclogged and they wanted to charge over $320. I bought a $4 bottle of drain cleaner, problem solved. Don’t know how they stay in business while trying to rip people off. They will never be used at my home again and will highly recommend to others they use a different and more honest and fairly priced plumbing service.

This is a really decent plumbing company. Several years ago they showed up on a Saturday afternoon and fixed a slab leak that took two guys all of that day and a good part of Sunday to fix.A couple of years ago they replaced my hot water heater the day I discovered it was broken (which happened to be the day our new washer and dryer were delivered).This Sunday I came home to a clogged the sink by from too much down the garbage disposal with not enough water. I tried plunging and then poured in a good bit of Drano. Couldn't budge the plugged sinks.This excellent company doesn't charge extra for weekends. I called and they said they'd call me as soon as one of their people got done with the call they were on. A little while later I noticed (after I had my wife take all the stuff from under the sink) that the drain had cleared completely by itself (with the help of the Drano). After running enough water to make sure the drain was completely cleared, I called. As I started to explain that I didn't need them, the doorbell rang. It was their technician. I told him I thought they were going to call first and that I didn't need him. He smiled and said great. I said there's no charge is there?. He smiled again and said One hundred dollars but laughed and said no, have a nice day with a big smile.Great company that practices excellent customer service.

Jeremy “Bo” was fantastic as was my experience with this entire company. My husband and I recently purchased a home and 3 months later our HVAC stopped cooling. They were able to get a technician out the next day and the service was wonderful. I appreciate he took the time to explain the issue as well as evaluate the other components. All in all I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them going forward.

Highly recommend - Stan’s came out the next morning after we called at COB on a Thursday when our a/c just stopped giving any cold air (other places said they couldn’t get someone out for at least a couple days without making it an emergency call). Our technician, Marshall, called ahead and was right on time (and on the early side of our service window). He was knowledgeable about our hvac system, the compressor that needed replacing, and the parts that Stan’s uses. I like to know everything and he was great about explaining it all and had our a/c running in no time.

This is my go to plumbing service for my home and rentals. I’ve used them for everything from replacing the main plumbing line to installing a faucet. All of the plumbers are very nice and professional, the schedulers are very responsive and the owner, Ben, is an upstanding guy who makes sure things are done right the first time.

I only worked with ARS because of home depot purchase of central AC unit. Today I called because I smelled wire burning from the attic area. My husband went to the attic, hear sparks and could see a visible burn mark on the box. The scheduler was rude almost from the beginning of the conversation. The scheduler yelled at me repeatedly stating they can come out July 6 or not at ALL. Now I'm trying to explain to her that I'm afraid of my house burning down because an installer error but she stated to me you don't want me to tell you what you can do. Now in order to be seen as a priority customer I need to pay for this $10 a month plan or $180 plan. And because of the extreme heat and their business schedule (which I understand) I may be seen next day after speaking with the third scheduler. I asked if I had another company come out will I be reimbursed and the answer to that is I'm just the scheduler. I spoke with three different schedule just to get a little help. And I asked for a supervisor and even asked for Rene from Quality to be emailed to contact me. I was told very rudely she will not contact until 3-5 business days. I ask for a manager or supervisor. I was told there is no one for me to speak too.P.s...Ok, the Technician Ricky Rodriguez came over to fix the problem same day after paying the $180 bucks and he is just as rude as the scheduler. My husband asked Ricky why did we experience the burn out of this item and Ricky looked at my husband then stated I'm not here to argue with you. And I'm not Houdini. I can not answer that for you. These things just happened. Man what a experience I tell from start to finish terrible. I guess asking him this question offended him.They charged me the $180 twice. I hope this nightmare end. I will never use thus company again.

Nathan is the best! We have used Nathan s Plumbing for multiple plumbing jobs in the past. Each time he has been on time, reliable and friendly. Recently, I called him about a leak under my kitchen sink. I m not well versed on plumbing terms and have difficulty describing the specific parts, so I took several pictures of the problem and emailed them to him. He responded promptly, with a good overall idea of the problem, knowing the valve needing replacing and set up appointment that same day. He was able to pick up the correct parts prior to coming to my house, which in turn, saved me any additional charges of running to the parts house. During the service call, he needed a few more items that he had stored on his truck. That is awesome!!! I have used plumbing companies in the past, who come to your house first to diagnose and then charge you to run to the parts house, making this service call longer and more expensive. Not Nathan. His efficient kind of plumbing service is money saving and high tech. Nathan, you have a customer for life!!

Our washer drain was clogged and a toilet water line was leaking. I called and was able to get a couple people to me the very next day. They were able to get the drain unclogged and replaced our toilet water line with no issues whatsoever. The price was very reasonable, very good experience all around. If we have plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely use them again, A+

We had a leak in our irrigation system on the July 4th weekend and Reliant was the only company that felt the situation was as serious as we did. The two gentleman that came out were both very professional and efficient. We will most definitely use Reliant every time. Thank you guys for being the best.
