It is very rare that I write a review for a company. Customer service matters and this company gets it! How rare is it that you call a company and are greeted with How can I make you smile? ? The got me on their schedule quickly and kept me updated on the team's arrival. The team that did the hydro jetting told me upfront what the costs would be. They did great work and did it quickly. Plus, the cost ended up being less than expected.

SAVED THE DAY!! I had an always-cold shower so I called them up. The phone-receptionist was super cute and nice, always a plus. The guys showed up on time and I talked them through the problem.They were very upfront about the possibility that my 1950's pipes could bust at any time, and I signed a disclaimer in case fixing my problem caused other problems in my old system. I thought it was fair of them to cover their butts, and they were super clear on that point.A bunch of stuff is whack about my plumbing which they educated me on. No other plumber has ever told me most of this stuff. I really appreciated the education and I'm 98% certain they weren't just drumming up business, they were genuinely educating me. Love that.They quoted some big ticket fixes I should consider and then fixed the little thing, which did the trick. I'll absolutely use them when I'm ready to do the big fixes.Pricing-wise, I'm guessing these guys are slightly on the higher end, but I've learned what you get from cheapest-available in Austin Texas in 2021. Work with honourable people, y'all.

Trevor came and gave me an amazing and affordable estimate on my water heater! Very knowledgeable and so friendly! Absolutely adored him! I will be purchasing just based on the trust I found in him! He is a GREAT face for your company! I know this is cheesy but after having him in my home, I won’t let anyone else in!

Stephen came out, same day, to do do a diagnostic on an ongoing issue with my apartment shower.
He took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions.

Had Mr. Rooter come out to diagnose a water leak in my slab after hours. Paid Mr. Rooter $2,525 and change, which included a pre-pay (~$1,700) for the tech to come back the next week and reroute and reconnect the line. After we received an estimate for an ADDITIONAL $575, this is in addition to the $1,700 pre-payment, we chose to complete the reconnect ourselves.We have emailed and called Mr. Rooter to get a refund of the pre-payment for work they never completed with no reply. There is nothing more infuriating than a company that expects to be paid at the time of service for work that has not yet been performed who then refuses to reply when inquiries are made for a refund.The tech who came out to fix the leak was very professional. He found and fixed the problem in a timely fashion. Unfortunately he works for a company that does not seem to follow the lead when it comes to timely refunding customers money.

These guys were fast and knew what they were doing. As soon as they realized they didn't have the equipment with them to deal with our issue, they ran out to get it, and were back in less than an hour. The repairs themselves took less than 15 minutes and everything was up and running again. On the Friday before the Memorial Day weekend they knocked it out of the park. Sometimes you need a professional to solve a problem. These guys are pros. I'll definitely use them again.

Broken garbage disposal needed replacing. While not urgent, they were very fast in responding.

I've used Moore and Moore for over 15 years. Their reliability and professionalism is the reason I have never opted to go with anyone else. David is very knowledgeable and has been able to repair anything that has needed repair.

JP was very knowledgeable and came back a second time without a charge to clean out a different line that was affected by the first clean out.

Antonio came out 30 minutes early, which was great for me, and he worked for 3 hours clearing a clog in main line and detected 2 breaks in my pipe. O&M scheduled to come back for the break repair in 2 days. I'm very happy with their service.

Mike was friendly, professional, and thorough. He explained the problem and offered a money-saving solution. He also went above and beyond by providing a fix for a lose vent cover. Plus he was enjoyable to talk with and have in my home. I'll definitely ask for him in the future.

We had a busted pipe during the 2021 snow storm, and Mark braved the hazardous road conditions to come to our house and get our leak fixed. He was able to immediately identify where the leak was, and completed his repairs in no time. When the city restored water, we unfortunately found another busted pipe, and Mark made time for us and fixed it again. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and down to Earth. His prices are fair, and his work quality is excellent. I highly recommend you check him out!!
