Raul at S&D Plumbing went above and beyond my expectations. Removing an old faucet to install a new one proved to be very difficult due to tight quarters but Raul stuck with it and managed to get it done without damaging the existing sink. He even re-caulked and cleaned up every bit of the messy job. Throughout the whole process he was calm, polite and professional. What a pleasant experience!

I don't know which branch he works for but I would like to shout out CURTIS KURKA!He came by checked out our system & didn't find anything which was great!He did suggest possibly getting new toilets for our situation. He was honest & communicated with us.

I discovered a leak under my water heater at about 9am on a Sunday. I called Mr. Rooter and within an hour they were at my home. The two plumbers were extremely courteous, knowledge and totally transparent. Luckily it turned out it wasn't a major issue and they had the leak fixed and the water cleaned up within 30 minutes. I would not hesitate to use Mr. Rooter again. They are now my first choice for any plumbing issues.

Had a scheduled appointment and no one showed up within the time frame they told me, can not get through to any of their dispatch. What IS GOING ON????Update: they scheduled for today and still no one showed up or called, decided to just attempt to do it ourselves since we NEED our sink to work, haven’t had an email back from the general managers either. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

We had a massive storm in Texas and all of the plumbers were booked. One week later, my water heater gave up! I called and Plumb Masters were able to come out right away. They did an awesome job. They came and stopped the leak and then installed a new heater for me. Excellent service, they came when they said they would come and they installed the new heater on the weekend. I would recommend them and will use their service again.

David and his team are always professional and trust-worthy. We have used his services for many years and have never been disappointed. I recommend his company 100%.

Ben Franklin, and especially Dillon, have continued to do great work on my 30y old house. He has repaired and updated the different sinks, tubs, and toilets in the upstairs bathrooms that were in disrepair. Everything now runs, drains, and flushes so much more cleanly and efficiently than I could remember. Can’t express how helpful Chris and Alex were. They had all the tools to fully diagnose my system and were very knowledgeable about my system. They actually went the extra mile to accommodate my situation with the work going on in my house, they offered to come back once the work was done and clean my system again free of charge. That in my book is going the extra mile. Thanks for the prompt service, taking care of my unit, and not trying to sell me anything I didn’t need.

Highly recommend - Stan’s came out the next morning after we called at COB on a Thursday when our a/c just stopped giving any cold air (other places said they couldn’t get someone out for at least a couple days without making it an emergency call). Our technician, Marshall, called ahead and was right on time (and on the early side of our service window). He was knowledgeable about our hvac system, the compressor that needed replacing, and the parts that Stan’s uses. I like to know everything and he was great about explaining it all and had our a/c running in no time.

I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to get a second opinion on some pretty extensive work under the slab of our house. I was very impressed with them for the following reasons:Customer service - I talked to Fred when I first called. He was courteous, helpful, and personable. The day of my service call, Josh called me the morning of to let me know my plumber was on his way and gave me an ETA. Additionally, I received a text that included a picture of him. That was nice, so I knew who to expect.Timeliness - When I first scheduled the appointment, Fred told me the plumber would arrive between 9 and 11 am. He actually arrived at 9:30! So many service companies arrive at the very end of the window, so I was pleasantly surprised.Knowledge and Patience - Jonathan listened to our problem and talked us through all the options available to us. We had a million questions and he answered all of them and helped us get clarity.I can't speak to the quality of their work, because we ended up going with the first company. That said, I'll 100% go back to Benjamin Franklin for my next plumbing issue.

After having a new washer installed on Saturday, the water valves for the supply lines were leaking. I called Republic Pipeworks and spoke to Jim and explained my problem. He said don't worry we will get you taken care of today. He came out and fixed my problem by replacing the 20 year old valves. I was very impressed! Jim is honest and professional. I plan on using Republic Pipeworks for all my plumbing needs.

Alex and his colleague did a great job with my recent plumbing work. They were both professional and worked efficiently to get the job done right. And after a long day of work, they even took a look at my shower to increase our water pressure. Not only did they do that, they found a loose connection that was likely leaking behind the wall. Very grateful for Alex and O&M!
