David not only successfully replaced my toilet flange, a major accomplishment in my old house, but he walked me thru each step of his creative solutions while ensuring that all code requirements were met. He's not the first tech to work on this toilet, but I am confident that this is the long-term solution I needed. I highly recommend Moore and More Plumbing. Price point gauging is ridiculous. Stay away from this place. They are the King of Kings when it comes to over the top labor cost to do a job. A $10 part will cost you $1k in labor cost to install. What a joke!

The staff at AAA-Auger Plumbing Services want to get it right and want you to be happy and satisified. They did not dissapoint. After experiencing some challenges at first, ANDREA listened to my concerns and scheduled someone who would approopriately address those concerns. My water tank heater needed to be replaced and since this was my first experience with having to replace a 50-gallon water heater JORDAN demostrated extraordinary interpersonal skills by answering all of my detailed questions, educating me on brand and model differences, listening to my concerns and not making me feel rushed. JORDAN treated me like a client not a job. His answers were consistent and made sense. He did not give me different answers based on what he thought I wanted to hear. I felt as though JORDAN was a professional plumber not a high volume salesman. Not once did he indicate he had other jobs to get to. JORDAN explained pricing, outlined how the work would proceed, provided options and a detailed estimate and was very even toned and nice. The pricing AAA-Auger offered was very reasonable! JORDAN arrived for the job on time with his coworker ALEX. Those two guys executed the job flawlessly with excellent craftmanship! ALEX was also very kind, professional yet personable. I will use AAA-Auger again and I'm extremely happy with the job.

Derek and the Goettel team replaced my ductwork and I had an excellent experience with them start to finish. Have had other contractors up in my attic since the repair that have commented on what a great job they did. Derek was extremely helpful and professional - can’t say enough good things and I hope he gets some recognition internally because I will definitely be a repeat customer because of him!

Great service, great tech. Seemed a little expensive but maybe not.

Be warned - this company is price gouging due to the recent weather events, like bad - or their technicians are going rogue and charging their own prices and lining their pockets. I paid for my own water heater replacement which is on its way, and they wanted over 2K to install it (still in another two weeks), or over 5K to install their own heater which they could do next week. I used them before and their work was good, but this is beyond morally offensive. For the record, this should be about a $600 job.

I used ARS because of their affiliation with Home Depot. The sales rep was knowledgeable but poor follow through when there was a question about new placement of the filter. There were lose ends related to the installation that have yet to be resolved. My previous unit had the filter slide in under the unit. The ARS system did not have the same filter placement. I asked installer about it upon finishing install but he was rushed & not helpful. Did not take time to go over new thermostat functions or turn on system to assure it operated properly. I have called & promised I would get assistance but it has been 3 days and nothing. If it is not resolved in another 24 hours I will contact Home Depot.
