Excellent company! Benjamin was a wonderful plumber to work with. He was straight-forward with his assessments and estimations. Well, I am very, very, very, VERY impressed. I had to have a lot of work done on a property I plan to lease. That meant painters, electricians, cleaning, and, of course, plumbers. Out of all the plumbers in Austin, I happened to call Mr. Rooter, and lucky me: I called the best! :) They tackled a difficult and extensive job and finished it up wonderfully and speedily. I'll be ready to lease in no time!

I requested camera service to see if we had plumbing issues because of repeated toilet backing up into the shower. Even though we did not find an exact problem, he did a thorough job to see where we did not have a problem. He found some bellies in the plumbing from the house to the street which we chose not to fix. All in all, I was pleased with the service.

Eric of Fast Plumbing is the man to call. I had some issues with my washing machine hose bibs and drain piping. I had called a different company first. They told me what a huge problem I had. Their bid was way out of line. I didn't accept their bid.Then, Eric of Fast Plumbing responded, and fixed everything. He was quick, extremely competent, and charged what the job was worth. (By his standards, the job was simple).I'm happy to have this job done, but am happier that i now have a go-to guy for my 40+ year old house. Thanks, Eric

We had a stopped up toilet. Oliver and Jordan came and were able to diagnose the problem to a defective toilet, and they gave me an estimate to replace, which I have accepted. In addition, they did a complete examination of the plumbing in the house and fixed a few minor problems.

Way to much money

When I first called AAA Auger Saturday night with water pouring out in our kitchen, I was told no one would be able to come until the next morning, but about 15 minutes later they called back to say they were sending someone right away if we still needed help. Wayne was able to locate the problem right away and take care of it. Since we needed to purchase a new faucet the next morning, Wayne said to let him know when we had it and he would come back and get it installed right away. He did this, and after double-checking one last time, discovered another small problem that he corrected. He was professional, capable. AAA Auger will always have our business in the future.

Woke up this morning to a leaky pipe flooding one of our front beds and streaming down the driveway ? Made a couple calls around to different plumbers but with the freezes lately wreaking havoc on everyone’s pipes, the earliest i could get someone to make it out was in four days! Then I got in contact with Redbud Plumbing and they were at our house by noon today. Patched up the pipe, dug the deepest hole I’ve seen in a long while to get to it, and restarted our water all in a handful of hours. Very grateful for his timely arrival and his excellent work! Will absolutely use them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

I got a call from my tenants about a leaky shower and I was out of town. I contacted Plumbing and they were responsive coming out the same afternoon- awesome customer service and responsive.
