I had a very positive experience with Radiant after having a poor experience with an HVAC company through our home warranty policy that did not resolve all of our issues. I found Radiant's technicians to be very knowledgeable, very courteous and informative. They took time to explain and answer all my questions. The customer service advised promptly when the tech would arrive, sending a picture of the tech with some fun background information. They were able to schedule the techs promptly to get our system working again. I have set up our preventative maintenance program with Radiant.

Submitted an online contact request (on a Saturday) regarding getting a quote for replacing my old tank-type water with a tankless-type. Within minutes I got a friendly call from Gilbert, who let me know that he's not working with tankless water heaters currently, but offered a recommendation for another local family-owned outfit that does. My water main broke and my water had to be shut off, which was a drag. Nathan and his crew went above and beyond the call to get my water main replaced. There was a scheduling issue with their regular digging crew. So, they rented the equipment and did the digging themselves. I could not be more pleased with how quickly they got the job done and my water back on!

L&P did an excellent job repairing a pipe 20' under my house. Great communication. And their price was half that of another company. Highly recommend!

I called Fast plumbing to fix a clogged toilet. When the owner got to my house the toilet was flushing. I flushed the toilet and he checked the drain out front to verify water was coming through, he augered the toilet bowel, nothing seemed to be wrong. Fast plumbing charged me $218. 3 days later the toilet is clogged again, plunging it won't get it running. We were having the same problem. I called Fast plumbing to ask if there is a warranty.The owner said his work is not warranted. I asked if we take the toilet off if we can put the $218. Towards the labor he said we can work something out. I was an electrician for 15 years. I understand that a problem doesn't always occur when the technician shows up, I also understand you have to charge for your labor. I can't afford Fast plumbing.

I have used Plumb Masters for a few years. I called and was able to get on their schedule the following morning.
They called when they were on the way; inspected the problem and told me the cost of repair. The repair was completed.

HVAC tech Ryan Hill came out to maintenance my HVAC. The service from Crystal in the office scheduling and Ryan coming out was excellent!!! Definitely will recommend this company and they’ve earned me as a future customer.

I had several broken pipes due to the cold weather. Called More and Moore plumbing. They came out as soon as they could. Made very professional repairs. Their tech's were courteous and professional. Pricing was very reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone.

Alex was the best! He showed up after hours and took care of a issue that was quickly becoming an emergency. He worked to find the problem (not an easy task) and did everything necessary to get the problem fixed. He was courteous and easy to work with. If you have a clog, call Johnny Rooter

Unfairly high pricing for the service. Paid their service call fee and sent them packing. Just needed a simple kitchen drain unclogged and they wanted to charge over $320. I bought a $4 bottle of drain cleaner, problem solved. Don’t know how they stay in business while trying to rip people off. They will never be used at my home again and will highly recommend to others they use a different and more honest and fairly priced plumbing service.

Paul Schultz is nothing less than awesome. We were having water pressure problems on top of issues cutting off the water at the leaky owners cutoff valve. He took time explaining his recommendations so we were comfortable with the plan of action. Needless to say we have water pressure again and a working cutoff.
