We had a water softener installed about a week ago. About 30 min after they left, we had water all over our garage. They neglected to install a pipe in a pretty obvious hole. We bought the most common water softener on the market and the first excuse this person had was “I’ve never seen this one before”. About a week later, our settings are completely messed up and our water tastes like seawater. They did no hard water test to see what those settings should be. The absolutely only redeemable thing was we didn’t end up paying for what would’ve be a $500 service. Go with someone else.

I'm too busy with a job that has me spend a lot of time traveling around Austin to do my own home repairs, so I called Mr. Rooter when my kitchen sink stopped working. They sent a guy over, I left for work, and came home to find the sink working. So in my book, they did a great job! :)

Austin had just suffered its worst snow storm in decades, our tenant thought she had a broken pipe. She was stuck with no water and other companies were telling us they were booked months out due to the issues created by the weather crisis. Amazing!!!! They sent a very kind, lovely, knowledgeable young man who fixed my shower problem for the best price in no time, after another company sent some jerk who quoted me an insane price.

In short too expensive and went with Clark Kent instead. Spent over $1000 testing for a leak when I called for a leak near my foundation with obvious signs of water. They never found it so planned to come back for another $1000 day. The tech never wore a mask and came down with a “viral infection” so they couldn’t show back up. Good thing I called Clark Kent Plumbing in advance. This plumber started to dig right away, found the leak and patched it all before noon. It was half the price.

Redbud is the best! We had tried another company at first, and they did not fix the problem, but instead left us with a huge mess and big estimate to fix it. We gave Redbud a try and they returned our calls quickly, arrived at the house on time, identified the problem right away and efficiently fixed it with no mess or fuss.We will definitely use them from here on out! Good Flow fixed our toilet fast and at a great price! We would definitely use them again!

Meh. A plumbing consortium website. Call them, they call a plumber, and you pay both.

We had called two other places prior to Stan's and the first two places didn't have a clue why the AC unit kept turning off and then working a few days later. Those two places charged twice as much for the service call and tried to get us to buy a new system and expand the intake area and all sorts of expensive stuff! Luis from Stan's though listened to what had been happening and dug deeper to find a wire in the unit that was lose, and got it connected properly. We have not had any issues since! So glad he fixed the problem instead of just trying to get us to buy a new unit like the other places had done!
