On 10/27/2020 I bought a water Heater from ARS RR. They installed it with no problems even though they pushed for buying a contract for 2-3 years. Now I know I was lucky to choose not to buy service contract with them. On 2/14/21 due to a winter storm the water heater stopped working. I called for service on 2/15. I was told that they will come and fix it as soon as possible, today 2/24 still I have no hot water in the house and still they cannot tell me when and if they will ever come. Their service is very bad! Stay away from them. There are so many other providers locally that offer much better service. One word says it all : STAY AWAY FROM ARS /Rescue Rooter!
