I cannot recommend this company enough. Curtis came out and quickly identified the problem that he was here to fix with my shower/tub. I asked him to take a look at my water heater so that he could get an idea of what I needed so I could get a replacement scheduled in the near future. He found a leak in the water heater that could have been a major issue, AND he replaced that for me as well. He didn’t hesitate to help. He went above and beyond and worked until 9pm fixing both things. Who does that kind of service anymore? He was thorough and it was obvious that he takes pride in his work. I won’t hesitate to use this company and Curtis again for my plumbing needs!

Had them swap out our water heater. Benjamin walked us through all of our options, took the time to answer all my questions, and did a thorough job on the install. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work to be done.

My water main broke and my water had to be shut off, which was a drag. Nathan and his crew went above and beyond the call to get my water main replaced. There was a scheduling issue with their regular digging crew. So, they rented the equipment and did the digging themselves. I could not be more pleased with how quickly they got the job done and my water back on!

Our technician Blake was amazing! He was professional and honest about what we needed done, and the costs. Blake had a good personality, and we would gladly, God forbid, ask for him in our time of need! Blake got straight to work and was finished much sooner than we ever expected! This is our second time that we have called them, and we highly recommend them for anyone in need!

Dylan was great at troubleshooting where a leak originated . Very thorough and I appreciated his keeping me informed of the problem and the repair needed. He practiced safe procedures in regards to the Covid-19 pandemic the world is experiencing.

Great company! They showed up on time to do a complete diagnosis of our water system in a house we recently purchased. They found a few minor issues and explained how I could fix them myself and save a ton of money in the process. Honest, professional and thorough...I'd highly recommend them.

Mike from ARS was honest and fantastic!! He was knowledgable and also explained the issue. Which was a gas valve had gone bad on my 10 yr old furnace. Initially the quote was pretty high but he suggested to try the warranty for the unit. He did the leg work and called me a couple of days later and said that it's covered and can get it shipped over night. The 2nd quote was significantly cheaper.He didn't have to go the extra mile to see if it's covered under warranty. He could've just just left me with the initial quote which was high. But he didn't.It's hard to find honest and good technicians.If you call ARS for your HVAC needs, I definitely recommend to ask for Mike if possible.

I would like to complement the staff at G&M Plumbing for their exceptional service in coming out and providing hydrostatic testing of our plumbing lines. They were extremely professional, even fixed a couple of other issue that they noticed, and offered advice on a future project and what to look out for. Will absolutely reach out them in the next event that a plumbing service is needed.

I will not ever use this company for my plumbing needs due to reckless driving by a member of this team. This morning I was cut off by someone operating a company van causing my 7 year old to jolt forward. What's more, is I observed the driver do the same thing a few cars ahead. Safe driving can't possibly be a focus point for this company with drivers behaving this way.

I had a broken outside faucet.. leaking bad.. and they came out and fixed the faucet to the point they had to go under the garage slab and did a The Best Job. The owner came out to make sure everything was taken care of and I will use them again... they are our new plumber! Professional Quick and fair price! Love them!
