Just completed an extensive renovation of a master bath and used LT Plumbing based on a recommendation from a Custom Builder in the area. I can't say enough good things about LT Plumbing and highly recommend them. The plumbers who worked on the project were prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Their workmanship and service is custom and top notch at a reasonable price. Owner's Mark and Louis were outstanding as well as others on their team. I will call LT Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

The technician (plumber) really makes an impact on the experience when dealing with plumbing issues. We had a few toilets having issues and chose LT plumbing based on reviews and availability.The office had the the plumber call first (which was my request due to guests) and after confirming a good time for me, promptly arrived with equipment and a great attitude (which IMO is worth weight in gold since that shows customer satisfaction driven work ethic ).Would recommend to others (the owner is open to feedback which is nice because an employee can receive positive feedback or suggestions for improvement. important for a company to thrive). I hope that the office maintains clear communication with customer and plumbers to continue excellent service and customer satisfaction. Will use LT plumbing again..

Jerry was able to fit me in on the day I called to purge a plugged drain line. The techs were on time, professional, polite, and fast. Highly recommended.

On Saturday, May 3 we had a nasty plumbing issue. Raw sewage backed up into the lower level of our house through a toilet and shower. Super gross! I start hauling stuff out of the house and using my shop vac, and calling plumbers and septic system companies trying to get someone to come help me ASAP. The first company that I can reach who can send someone is LT Plumbing. Maybe they are called Lake Travis Plumbing too... Anyway the guy comes over pretty quickly. He looks around the mess for two seconds and tells me your septic tank is full and overflowing, and we don't do septic systems. And then he charges me $185 for a trip charge and leaves. Nothing was mentioned on the phone about them not doing septic systems, but whatever...I get back on the phone and start calling more septic system companies. Finally get a realtor friend to talk to someone he knows, and get a crew over there in the early afternoon. These guys open the lid to my septic tank and find that it is not full at all. They find that there is a blockage in the drain line before it gets to the septic system. Just the sort of thing LT Plumbing should be able to easily address. They clear the blockage, charge me $150 and I go about the business of cleaning up the toxic waste.After the weekend is over and the house is cleaned, I call LT Plumbing to explain to them what happened. I sent them the receipt I got from the other septic company that noted it was not a septic system issue at all, just a blocked house drain line. I felt like their guy should have at least checked the septic tank to confirm that it was overflowing, instead of just guessing. I felt like I paid $185 for absolutely nothing. LT Plumbing gave me the runaround for a week, promised to look into, but basically they blew me off. Called again today and was basically told too bad. So they are going to keep the $185 they took from me.I will never call them again, and if anyone asks me I will tell them this story and strongly suggest that they call any other plumber in town besides LT Plumbing. That is no way to run a business, and they should be ashamed of themselves!

An appliance installer broke our old brass gas valve, prompting our call to LT Plumbing (who comes recommended by many in our neighborhood). LT was more than quick to send a technician over and get on the situation. Mike was friendly, fast, and when another part broke during the procedure (stuff happens...comedy of errors that day), they were super accommodating in running across town to find THAT replacement part by the end of the work day (Thanks, Tony!). The situation was made safe and we've found a reliable, fair, professional plumber. Thank you, guys.

I will never use another plumber. Mark has taken care of two major problems for us including a problem no one could diagnose for a year. I also have to sing the praises of this company working us in the same day for an emergency. This company is the best!

This was may 3rd or 4th time to use this group and every time they have been on-time, professional, knowledgeable and reasonable in pricing.This most recent issue was a small leak that had been plaguing us for over a year. We had called our 'home warranty' company multiple times and the plumbers sent could not diagnose the issue.Milad from Austin Metro Plumbing identified the leak within 10 minutes and fixed it right away. When he was done he offered to look at any other issues since we had already paid for an hour of labor...so he fixed an outdoor hose bib too.I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them for any issues moving forward...just hoping I don't need them!

Customer service was on point! Milad was fantastic! Super friendly and I appreciate him taking the time to explain the repair. He was quick to diagnose the problem and ended up having to dig out a pipe underground and replace a valve, all under 3 hours. Will use these guys again for sure! Thanks

I own a restaurant in the Lake Travis area and walked in one morning to an inch of water behind my bar and in the kitchen. I was so overwhelmed I didn't know what to do. After reaching out to my usual plumber, who wouldn't return my phone call, I called LT Plumbing because I had seen their trucks driving around town. Within an hour they had someone come out, actually it was the owner of LT Plumbing himself. What surprised me the most was that as stressed as I was about the plumbing situation, the owner was able to calm me down and assure me that he would get things fixed before we had to open for business. Sure enough he found the problem and had us ready to open up before the first customer walked in the door. LT Plumbing is now our preferred vendor of choice , they are helping us with some other minor repairs as well as a regular maintenance program. Highly Recommend!!!!

Mark was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, professional, and helped us greatly by installing a pressure release valve in record time. The value was outstanding and 2/3 the price we were quoted before. I recommend these guys highly.

The plumber and his assistant showed up promptly, on time. They called ahead to let us know that they were arriving in 30 minutes. They worked until the problem was solved.We have an old and inadequate system, so there were lots of problems. They did the troubleshooting, they solved the current problem, and they forecast the next steps we could take, from cheapest to solving everything.Polite, nice, professional plumbers. Two thumbs up!

I had a broken outside faucet.. leaking bad.. and they came out and fixed the faucet to the point they had to go under the garage slab and did a The Best Job. The owner came out to make sure everything was taken care of and I will use them again... they are our new plumber! Professional Quick and fair price! Love them!

Great experience with LT Plumbing. The office staff was prompt and accommodating with regards to scheduling and the plumber was thorough and exceedingly professional. I will absolutely use again if the need arises.

We had a new water heater installed today. Nicholas and a coworker came in and did the job i less than 2 hours. They were extremely polite and kept everything very clean. Reasonable price and he explained everything to us.

I had a clogged sink and called LT Plumbing. They were not only polite and friendly but they sent out a technician within hours. Eric was swift and professional in getting the job complete. Eric also explained the problem and gave me suggestions to help in the future. I will not hesitate to call LT Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!

Most of my experiences with LT Plumbing have been good, however, I couldn't even get a response when I disputed the amount of time and cost on a job they bid, despite several voicemails and emails sent. They also charged T&M resulting in a higher cost to me. Now I'm left with a bathtub to be installed, and nobody to finish it.

Very impressed by LT Plumbing. They came out the same day and fixed my water main break. Also the cost was 75% less than a local competitor. Milad was very sweet and accommodating!

Technician was punctual and friendly. I had fix a water leak in a re-circulation pump. He did accidentally pull out the temperature sensor cable from the sensor to the pump but I noticed and he was able to re-attach it OK.

The person that installed my hot water heater was very professional, nice and efficient. Got it done in less time than expected. I would use LT plumbing for all household needs.

I have used their service in the past so I called this morning at 8 am had Jason here before 9:30 . He fixed everything and helped with another issue . From Rachel in the office to Jason the plumber top notch!!!

I'm still worried about my septic system because of the two paper towels that the plumber flushed. He assured me they would disintegrate, but the two paper towels I put in a bucket outside to see if they would disintegrate, are still in tact. They have NOT disintegrated.

Don’t trust this company! A plumber came out and turned off our water to check for a leak and said our French drain was clogged (15 min) He said it would be $175 for the visit which we agreed to pay for. He also said he would run an auger to check what was wrong, but the other technician had it, so he would do it later. He came back out a different day (after we had to call again) and charged another $165 to run the auger 6 ft which was supposed to be part of the original amount. I agree with getting paid when work is done, but this is not how you do business!

Rachel (dispatcher) and Milad with AMP were both prompt, professional, courtesy and knowledgeable! They resolved our issue quickly saving time and money!

This company is BROKE! They downsized hoping to save the business but it hasn't worked out for them. They OWE every single PART SUPPLY STORE they do business with. Yall should really rethink doing business with these folks especially if you're interested in a remodel! The state needs to open an investigation on this business ASAP!

What a very unprofessional company. I would recommend calling someone else. I was charged $300 plus to fix a kitchen faucet and it's still broken. The tech was externally rude and condescending. Don't bother giving this company chance, you will just be disappointed.

These are only plumbers I have ever felt comfortable recommending. Great service, they come at a specific time (not a window of all day) and don't overcharge.
