S&D was called to check low water pressure in a bathroom. The diagnosis was calcium build up and need to install new faucets and shower head. For that diagnosis and to replace 1 cartridge, the charge was $363!!!! Seems high to me.

Alan was very courteous and quick to repair the problem. He explained the process as it was going on and let us know how to prevent the problem in the future.

Our technician, Grady Black, went above and beyond to troubleshoot a problem he found during routine maintenance. He spent extra time with us and took pains to keep our home clean during a dirty repair. Thanks, Grady!

We noticed one of the spigots in our backyard was dripping. Right before we were about to get a cold front, the drip got worse and turned into a larger leak. We were losing ~a bucket of water every couple hours.We called a few plumbers but they either didn't have availability to come out or didn't answer. Our neighbors referred us to Blue Dragon.I called Gilbert and he was friendly and professional. He asked for pictures of the leak and a quick explanation of what was going on. I sent him pics and scheduled a repair for later in the week. Luckily, Gilbert finished a job early that same day and was able to come out within a few hours. (Results not typical).He arrived and explained that we just needed to replace the hardware to stop the leak. He let me watch him work and ask him questions to understand the issue and the fix.Maybe next time I have an issue I will be confident enough to attempt a fix on my own. But I will probably just call Gilbert. :)

I live in a home that has a lift station that pumps the wastewater from the home up a grade into the city sewer line. I asked Daniel's Plumbing and AC to inspect this lift station because I was concerned about the wiring. The technician, Justin, was quite familiar with this type of installation and carried out the work (which involves some digging and unpleasant odors) promptly and professionally and with a good explanation of the mechanics of the station. It was very favorable to engage a plumber that had Justin's experience with lift stations and leach fields. The appointment went so well that I think I will have the lift station inspected each year, rather than each decade :).

Everything was great except I felt the price was a bit high. He gave us some good follow up advice though. The price was the only thing I was concerned with. They came on short notice which was important! Overall a good experience.

On New Year's Day, Roto dispatch took my call and found a technician willing and able to fix the leak in my house which was flooding walls and flooring.Logan was the tech who took the call from dispatch. Extremely polite and enthusiastic. Couldn't have been nicer really. Explained everything as he went along and was not bothered by my questions.It's a condo with odd pipe configurations across multiple units. The issue was more complicated than just a snake through the lines, but he figured it all out.He saw the damage it had caused, so he called his restoration teammate Chad and asked him if he could come over to access the damage. Chad drove from New Braunfels to Cedar Park. Quite an effort on any day, but especially on Saturday, New Year's Day.He did a great job as well. Direct about the damage, but not pushy on the sales side either. Both of them together made a great team.I did not have an accurate perception of Roto- Rooter and never used them before because of it. Now I know better. They were very nice and fast however they are pretty expensive. Cost me over $2,000 to replace my hot water heater.

Michael Tovar, Anthony Brandon, Isaiah came to help trait water leak damage and install electrical. Service was world class and will certainly use them again.

Moore and More Plumbing was called out yesterday to provide estimate for replacing flange at toilet connection and very politely proposed a ridiculously aggressive estimate of $968. When told that the estimate was out of line for a 1.5 hour service with virtually no materials involved, they promptly lowered the estimate by $200. When told that the lowered estimate was still considerably more than their competitors charge for the same service, their plumber became indignant and stated that he would not accept criticism. Okay. The job was performed excellently by another company this morning for $477. I would never call this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone. Well worth the $89 service call fee simply to know how this company seeks to do business.

We had a great experience with Brad. He completed 4-5 small projects in the kitchen and bathrooms. One of the faucets he replaced in the bathroom wasn't working properly a few days later and he came back the same day I called to replace the part and did not charge us for parts or labor. He was timely, quick, and polite. We try to support small local business as much as we can and will definitely call Brad again.

These people do not deserve 5 star rating. What a joke. They were supposed to come and fix my hot water in my apartment at csc management and went straight back and lied said my water was 110 degrees. They lied. I have been without hot water for months and these people come in and lied. Shame on you. I am a 57 year old woman who always pays rent before it is due and can't get hot water. I have reported these people

I had several burst pipes after the snow storm in February. Alex and Dessie were out to me and were able to sort me out in no time. It was also far more affordable than the jobs many of my neighbors had done for similar work. Definitely would recommend!
