All around excellent experience with this business. I was provided an estimate a couple years ago, but I decided to hold off on the work until just recently - and Grayzer responded almost immediately to my inquiry for an updated estimate. The cost and availability were both better than a competing bid, and just a few days later Max and his partner (whose name I didn't catch - sorry!) got all the work done in a flash, cleaned up after themselves, showed me everything was working, and made sure I didn't have any lingering questions before leaving. Thanks, y'all!

Daniel did an outstanding job diagnosing and repairing an electrical issue at my house. He made sure I was completely aware of what he was doing (and why) - and that I was completely satisfied with the work before, during and after the job was done. Well I've tried for 3 days now to give this company my business, but they don't respond to voicemails or emails.

We had an emergency outage of epic proportions when a different company made an electrical error causing most of our brakers to be fried!! They came quickly and worked tirelessly for a day and a half to correct the problem. Very friendly, helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. Explained process each step of the way. I would highly recommend.

I had commissioned AC electric for a large electric job lasting more than 2 weeks to do some major repairs to my house. While the progress was good initially, they started doing other projects in the middle and skipping work at my project. After 80% of the project is done they have now gone missing for almost 2 weeks now. Emails and calls to them are resulting in no answers about how and when they would finish the work.I understand they are going through some issues on their side, my project and move in date is now delayed by weeks with no line of sight to when the project will be completed.I would definitely not recommend them for an electric project to anybody.

I initially called Mr Sparky up to have a few Camera flood lights installed. Russell came out and was extremely professional and gave me a complete electrical inspection of my entire home and came back with few recommendations as to help me get my house back up to code. If it were not for Russell and his expertise, I would have had about 6-10 outlets fail or even worse. I am very grateful for the excellent work and peace of mind now that I have my house up to code. The February 2023 ice storm caused my neighbors’ tree to fall on the individual power line to my house. Knowing that the city would not repair that line, I reached out to several electricians seeking help. I sent out emails at midnight and this company responded before I woke up the next morning. They sent Efren to access the damage promptly at 9:00 am. He quickly removed the debris that covered my line and had me fully reconnected long before noon! I couldn’t have expected a better response or service!!

Wes came to repair broken pipes after the freeze. He jumped under the building found and repaired pipes with lightning speed. I will have to reschedule for more after I have found any residual leaks or problems.
