Best Main Sewer Line in Austin TX

Had a toilet that was sliding around. Figured it was a busted flange. Plumber arrived and had me sign a $405. work order to pull the toilet and reset it. Pulled the toilet and confirmed it was the flange. Plumber went outside to text main office and came back in with TWO more proposals, One for $1,785. and the other for $3,885. that one included jack hammering out my floor. I said that's a lot of money and I would have to think about it, he left and left the toilet sitting by my shower. I fixed it myself for $41.05. I said I would like at least a $300 refund because they charged me to reset the toilet. After 6 e mails to the company they just blew me off. I'll never call them again.

Our business had a leak in the main line and were unable to open because of it. Within 24 hours, Roto-Rooter had a team diagnose the issue, locate the leak, repair it and get us back in service as if nothing had happened. The loss of only 1 day was huge for us as we are a bar who can't be open without running water and do most of our business on nights and weekends. Quick to reply and send technician. Cost me $99 trip fee to get an extremely overpriced quote. I had an incoming water line leak in PVC joint that attaches to incoming copper line to supply house. I had already uncovered and located the leak. Should have taken less than 30 minutes for repair of a $3 PVC fitting...they wanted $675!

Spent nearly $1,000 with Johnny Rooter. The City of Austin threatened me because their work was not to code and had another plumber come in and rip out their stuff and start over.I asked for a refund and never heard back.

We had our main drain line blocked and water was backing up in the bathroom. Redbud came out and cleared the lines and was extremely reasonable price wise. AMAZING AND A LIFE SAVER! I awoke to my neighbor letting me know I had a leak in my front yard. Water company came out to turn off the after and said they couldn’t help and to call a plumber. I found Mr. Santana on google maps and called him at 10 in a panic and he told me he would be able to be here by noon. At 11:58 I get a knock on the door! He estimates it will take him about 4 hours to find and fix the issue. He tells me the price and I nearly fainted, but I had no choice. He began the work while I stood there, more because I was curious to find out what the issue was not because I didn’t trust him, and at no time did he look aggravated cause I was his silent assistant. He found the issue about an hour in. Took him another hour to fix it. He adjusted his price to fit the job and left no mess when he left. 10/10. He is an amazing gentleman!

Had water start coming up in my carpet and called Al Mac to take a look at things. He was able to work over the weekend on short notice and fix our old, leaky pipes. We appreciated his quick turnaround and quality work!
