Called with an after hour (10 pm) emergency. Had a water leak. I actually called Radiant Plumming first. They were unable to provide service for the active water leak. They had no one available and stated they would call back in the morning to schedule service. Remember... I had a steady stream of water pouring from the ceiling. After getting on the list for a call back this morning; I decided to call Abicus Plumbing and see what they could do. Best decision ever! They responded immediately the had a service provider available to arrive in 25 mins. Forrest arrived on the dot. He was kind, understanding, and extremely professional. He was able to locate the leak promptly and stabilized the leak. He was here barely an hour. He did have to return in the morning to do the actual repair. He was here when he stated and immediately got to work and quickly did the repair. He explained every step and all my options. I felt extremely confident in his ability and his knowledge. I won't use anyone else for my plumbing needs in the future and will request Forrest to be my service repair representative.

I have used Efficient AC, Electric, and Plumbing twice and have had good experiences both times. On the first visit we had a issue that arose a few hours after the visit, but they dispatched a technician after hours to resolve the issue and the service manager worked with me on the billing side. Every person in the company has been polite and professional. I will definitely consider using them again.

Mike and Michelle were awesome. Super professional, thorough, clearly explained the entire process and were just great humans. They worked fast and efficient and look forward to working with them in the future.

The drains backed up while we had a houseguest - typical! Fox was able to make an appointment for the next morning, and Jeremy cleared the drain & even cleaned out the faucet head that is really restricting water flow. I'm so glad the house doesn't smell like drains anymore!

Excellent service from this company, my air conditioners have always had problems, it broke down, did not work well, and with Turbo Plumbing air conditioners that is a thing of the past with all their products that allow me to enjoy a good environment in my home.

Thanks very much still waiting on the install of the whole home air cleaner system. I understand they are on back order.also the new nest(gen) contolder.
