My exterior hose bib needed replacement so I contacted Blue Dragon Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon. Gilbert called me back that afternoon and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. His estimate was prompt and accurate. Aaron, his associate plumber, called Monday morning prior to arrival and did the job. Great communications and professional service. They are my #1 go to plumbing service!!

After working w/ Talmage from Economy Plumbing I wouldn't even consider hiring another plumber. My fiance and I just bought our first house and have been fumbling our way through some repairs and Talmage was by FAR the most trustworthy, hard-working, friendly contractor we've worked with. AND budget friendly! His apprentice (Peter? I can't believe I forgot his name ?) was fantastic, too.Seriously ???

So far so good. Techncian was prompt, courteous and helpful. Cleaned out the lines and flow is as it should be. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again myself if needed.

Eric of Fast Plumbing is the man to call. I had some issues with my washing machine hose bibs and drain piping. I had called a different company first. They told me what a huge problem I had. Their bid was way out of line. I didn't accept their bid.Then, Eric of Fast Plumbing responded, and fixed everything. He was quick, extremely competent, and charged what the job was worth. Our AC stopped working later in the evening. Called Goettl and they were able to send a technician! Jarod W came after dark and was able to look at our unit. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Showed us what steps we needed so keep our current older unit instead of a costly new one. We even signed up for routine maintenance so keep our unit for a long as possible. Unfortunately it was an electrical switch problem and not our AC so we had to call an electrician.

Quoted cost of $476 to put in a $149 garbage disposal. Not a complicated endeavor and I guess I will do it although it is going to hurt my old knees badly.

Zoom Drain Austin exceeded our expectations and provided fantastic service! We called to request assessment of several drains in our house and then cleaning for any blockages. Appointment setup was easy and they were very communicative about scheduling and arrival time. The technician was very kind and professional. His assessment was thorough and we ended up needing cleaning in three of the four drains we had assessed. He had all the equipment he needed and took pictures and videos from before and after so we could see how much more quickly the water drained. Quite a difference, we had no idea they were so bad. I purchased a home several years ago that was built in the 1960's. Unfortunately, the home still had its original sewer and drain cast iron lines. After clearing several clogs and performing spot repairs it was clear that the cast iron pipes were past their life expectancy. After getting several bids, I hired Starr Sewer and Drain to replace the entire system (120 feet of tunneling).
