Best Main Drain in Austin TX

A surprise at 8:30 pm last night when a 20 year old tree root broke the water supply line to our home. Contacted S&D at 7:30 am today, Jorge arrived ahead of schedule. He was professional and courteous. Pin pointed and fixed the break, tested for completeness and filled the hole in our yard. S&D was communicative during the whole process. Really pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend! Thank you Jorge!!!

My experiences with Rooter-Man have been very good. They typically schedule service to address my plumbing issues within two days of my call. They work with me to find a mutually convenient time for the service call.I really like them because whether intentional or not, the same service person is typically assigned to my request. This allows for familiarity and trust for both parties.The service person is professional, punctual, and competent. The price of the service is fair and the methods of payment they accept are very convenient.When I need drains unclogged or plumbing repairs I only use Rooter-Man. I highly recommend this company.

Trevor was very professional and kept me posted every step of the way. He did a great job and was really friendly and easy to work with. He let me know the best options for my system, including maintenance options for the future. We had a water heater replaced as well as installing a shut off near the main city water line. Even though our plumbing was older galvanized, he was able to complete the job and get the necessary parts to adapt the work.

One of the worst experiences I had! Alex from Mr.Rooter just did a big job at our place replacing 13 valves. the job was don properly, but after they left I found out smudges on the upstairs carpets (though I offered them shoe covers to use), and also smudges on the white cabinets! they didn't even dry the water from changing the valves inside the bathroom cabinets. Won't be using them again for sure.

Oscar from Roto Rooter arrived on time and fixed our clogged toilet. He was professional and explained in detail what the problem was.

Very friendly and fast but both leaks they fixed had to be refixed. This took more time, more huge water bill, and more inconvenience of having no water at the house. Very high price after initial lower quote. We ended up having to trench the yard ourselves to physically find the problem. Plumbers aren't diggers! We learned all this the hard way and are grateful they refixed their work but have a hard time trusting it now.

My toilet kept running and my drains were sluggish. With three teenage boys we were down to one bathroom!I called Plumb Masters and within an hour Manny and Marco were at my door. Not only did they get me fixed right up, they gave me tips on how to fix things myself.I'll be recommending Plumb Masters to all my friends and neighbors.Great job!

THE .. and I mean The most incredible experience good :) with a plumber EVER! and I do home remodeling for my own clients. This was a situation at my mother's house that we suddenly had a toilet leaking and then when flushing another toilet, ..... backup. They are MORE than 24/7! They came out last night in the middle of a storm but were not able to auger because of the outside cleanout and lighting ... and you know the auger is metal - so we didn't want to go that route :) They came back first thing this morning and in the midst of all of our plumbing issues, we also had phone issues ...(with Spectrum ...ugggg) and whenever we called, it sounded like a shrill fax line ETC. So, as I was working to get the phone fixed - and thinking that it was 'reset' by Spectrum, I tried to call AAA again, and the phone was still a mess but AAA Auger recognized it was us, and their guy was not too far away so he made a special trip to make sure we were OK! ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY :) First of all, it's great to actually get a hold of person in the middle of the night instead of a machine - and then to have this Above-And-Beyond Service AS WELL as their excellence in taking care of our plumbing issues .... Highly recommended!

Brad did a great job and took the time to really understand and solve our plumbing problems. We'd had no fewer than three other plumbers who had come out previously and proposed everything from It's hopeless, just live with it, to $6000 to excavate and lay all new pipe. Brad actually knew how (or at least was honest enough) to fix our existing fixtures, and was done in about an hour. Did I mention he was also super nice?

After seeing their postings on Nextdoor and finding positive reviews on Yelp, I was eager to use a neighborhood business and gave them a call to schedule a visit for a leaking toilet. Super accommodating to schedule and great communication for appt confirmation and before service appt. Travis and his colleague were amazing, on time and very courteous. Found the problem in a matter of seconds and completed the job in short time. Great service and VERY affordable and accommodating. I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend.
