I was having issues with my plumbing, I contacted Clarke Kent plumbing and they sent out that one of their best technicians Juan Martinez he detected the problem and did a great job and telling me all the issues that were needed to be fixed with my home straight up guy trustworthy and very dependable I recommend Clark Kent to anybody who is looking for their plumbing needs

They identified and fully repaired items other plumber missed/didn’t replace. Everything they did was explained in detail while showing me! Totally sensible and understandable. Cost less for them to do all these things today than the one (faulty) repair someone else did. Great work!

Needed help replacing a diverter tub spout that was not diverting water from tub to shower. Bought the replacement spout but could not remove the old one. I was able to call and make a same day appointment. The technician arrived on time, accessed the job, gave me a quote, and completed the job all within the hour. Would recommend!

I live in a four Plex they’re working on now and they were supposed to do the work from 8 AM to 4 PM they didn’t show up until 4 PM and we’re drilling underneath my unit until 10 o’clock at night I have a 10-year-old daughter and they kept her up late when she at school the next day I was also without water and she had swimming that night and I was not informed they’d be there that late I also was left without water I was told he would be there at eight in the morning and I waited for him before I left and he never showed up completely unprofessional I would never hire this guy to do your work they do not take you in consideration nor your children and they do all their work late.In response to the owner no nothing worked when they left our plumbing still doesn’t work. They were requested and scheduled to be there during the day not the night get your story straight. If they were here when they were supposed to be maybe they wouldn’t have had people flushing the toilet since they weren’t supposed to be there at that time.

Would not hesitate to recommend Mr Rooter for your plumbing needs. I had a shower faucet go bad on a Friday afternoon around 4:00. When I called, the person who answered the phone was very helpful and professional. I was informed throughout the dispatch of my approximate wait times. And the technician/plumber who showed up was awesome. Such a nice guy. Very professional, knowledgeable and worked hard to fix the faucet. Overall a good experience.

David not only successfully replaced my toilet flange, a major accomplishment in my old house, but he walked me thru each step of his creative solutions while ensuring that all code requirements were met. Our company has used Johnny Rooter for many years and have always received excellent service from their team.

Had a pipe leak outside which caused me to not have any water in the house. Andy came that day and fixed it. He gave me great advice, was very nice, and did a great job with the repair. Their prices are very expensive, $100 service fee which doesn't apply to the work, but they do quality work.
