I called Clarke Kent because I was having problems with my water softener. Their technician came and quoted me $1,117 to repair the unit, or $2,531 to install a new unit provided by them. I decided to get a second opinion from Radiant Plumbing, and they came and repaired my unit with minor adjustments for under $200. I'm thinking that either the technician from Clarke Kent is very inexperienced, or they were trying to hose me. I will not be calling Clarke Kent again for any plumbing services, and strongly advise homeowners to always get a second opinion when you receive a large estimate for repairs.

I was very nervous how much a water leak in my yard would set me back. I called BenjaminBL Plumbing and thankfully they had a cancellation for the same day and I was able to snag a spot. They came out in the quoted time frame and were very friendly and professional. Prices were very reasonable and they were able to take care of the leak the same day!I plan to use them for any plumbing issues in the future and highly recommend them to others!Thanks so much, guys! I had a very positive experience with Radiant after having a poor experience with an HVAC company through our home warranty policy that did not resolve all of our issues. I found Radiant's technicians to be very knowledgeable, very courteous and informative. They took time to explain and answer all my questions. The customer service advised promptly when the tech would arrive, sending a picture of the tech with some fun background information. They were able to schedule the techs promptly to get our system working again. I have set up our preventative maintenance program with Radiant.

The did plumbing services. Change garbage disposal. Unclog tub and fixed the toilet. They were very fast and professional.

Pierre’s staff are top quality, from the project manager to the installation workers.We had a situation involving old water tanks that could not easily be removed from our attic.Not only did one of the guys, who had prior experience on a frame crew, warn me off of making a significant mistake regarding a demo idea I suggested as a way to get the things out, they also cheerfully set them up again after initially draining, so that we could have water until a remedy was decided.The remedy was a Rinnai Tankless water heater.We also researched Navien and can safely say either brand is a good choice.We had been aware of the tankless option but skeptical. We shouldn’t have been. It is operating perfectly, and the savings on our energy bill are tremendous. Many other features like the smartphone app to remotely control it and the latitude they give you over parameters - regarding max heat temps for example - are persuasive examples of why you should try tankless.Regarding A & T itself though, particular recognition must go to Don, a supervisor and on-site coordinator - and his team, Drew and Daniel.These guys are pros. They can solve problems.They are available during early and odd hours, when the inevitable kinks have to be worked out. They gave us a great price.Going forward, we will be taking our all of future business there, be it mundane yearly checks, or major work.

We had a hot water leak coming out of our wall and they helped shut off the water and repair the issue. It did take a series of (3) trips as the first trip was to shut off the water, 2nd trip for leak detection and 3rd for the final repair. My only complaint is I wish they could have done the shut off and the leak detection in the same visit. Otherwise, great service and quality work.

I called several different companies for a toilet repair and angle stop fix, and Capital City Plumbing was by far the most communicative and responsive. They set expectations, and let me know a range of what it could cost depending on what the plumber found. They had a very competitive rate, and the plumber that did the work gave me options that would save me money, which was refreshing. I'm happy with the work and will continue to use them in the future.

Oscar did a first rate job tracing some water lines --not owned by the city-so that the folks coming to install a gate and fence did not damage them. They have experience and tools to do the job right. Oscar was a first rate engineer with a world of experience. Highly recommended.

You will not regret using Jeff for any and all plumbing needs you have. He is extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t try to upsell you things like ALL other plumbers do. He was able to come out same day to check everything out and was back the next morning to replace our broken 50gallon water heater with a tankless. So grateful and will never use anyone else for all things plumbing related!

Their prices are way up there but they claim to be experts in leak detection. After 5 hours and $1080 they told me I had NO LEAK but it was flowing out of both sides of the driveway. After replacing the water meter which they said was giving false readings I jack hammered the driveway and there was the large leak 30 feet from where they had their equipment. The leak specialists failed and will not do anything to make up for the loss of water, the new meter or their incredible huge fee. Not only are they not specialists but rude and hard to work with. Austin is a big city and their are lots of plumbers. I encourage you to stay away from this one.

Plumb Masters was AWESOME. We had another plumber fail to show up four days in a row putting us way behind schedule. Plumb Masters did the job in 24 hours, did more work and was more affordable than the first plumber. Wonderful customer service. They called the City of Round Rock to make sure we had right permits and coordinated with the City and us throughout the day. We work with plumbers across the state in our Veteran housing program and this is one of the very best.
