Best Heat Pump Installation / Repair in Austin TX

We have used this business for several years now. The technicians are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Their communication practices for setting up appointments, reminders, and notifications of arrival time are very much appreciated. Prompt, excellent service every time we've needed them.

Had a pipe break with water spraying all over the side of my house on a Sunday. Rooter sent a technician over within the hour. Such good, friendly service. Have used them for years and will continue to do so.

We have used Benjamin BL twice now and they are the best! They respond quickly, get the work done efficiently, and are so kind! We will definitely use them again!

I returned late one evening from being away and found my tankless wayher heater spraying water put of one of the pipes. I was able to schedule a service that evening for the next day and they helped work around a tough schedule I had and had someone there first thing. Brendan, my technician, was super knowledgeable, friendly, informative and he was able to make the repairs with equipment he had in hand very quickly. It was an amazing experience and the price was very reasonable.

I will never use this company againThey did respond quickly as I had a gas leak on Friday afternoon and my usual Plummer was not a available. Charged me 475.00 to replace the valve behind stove. A 10.00 part. This is a rental and had to get it fixed. I will let better business and Texas attorney general know but do not use this company, they definitely over charge.

Use caution, ensure the price quoted over the phone includes diagnostic! Don't make the $500 mistake that I did.I called Fast Plumbing after my water company detected a steady 10 gal/hr leak, most likely from a toilet not sealing. Melissa was very helpful and they were able to get the toilet fixed the next day. No issues with the quality or timeliness of the work.The problem is that over the phone we communicated that the repair would be $238. Melissa called me and I approved the charge once the plumber had diagnosed the problem- I even added a $20 tip because of how grateful I was with the quick response and repair. However, $798 was charged to my card. I called and Melissa explained that the additional charge was for the diagnostic and discovering where the leak was from. This price was not quoted over the phone.Home Depot and Lowes had both quoted me approximately $400 total to completely replace the old toilet, but i wanted to support a local company, plus I was under the (incorrect) impression that the end price to repair (not replace) the toilet would be under $300.Edit: we were not quoted for $125 service fee and $375 for the first hour of leak detection, per the owner response below. I already had a quote to completely replace the toilet for $400, why would I pay $500 to have a diagnostic? This makes no sense and looks to me like the company is trying to save face.Furthermore I also did not say anything about an $800 water bill, this is simply not true. No idea where that came from - maybe the company is getting us confused with another customer?

Jamie and Jordan with Plumb Masters were fantastic. Our grinder pump went out over the weekend and I called Plumb Masters because I saw that they provide sewer repair services. Jamie and Jordan came out, diagnosed the problem (our pump needed to be replaced), contacted their supplier to find us a new pump, and installed it. They also did their due diligence to make sure the pump was working properly before they left. Plumb Masters is now at the top of my list if we ever need a plumber.

Fair price, fast service, and a job well done. I could not be more satisfied. Highly recommended!

This was the 2nd referral because the 1st one did not “want” to do the job and lied when I called to ask what the hold up was. I was in desperate need for a new alcove bathtub for a remodel I was doing. After wasting days checking the big box stores and looking at overpriced junk, I thought there had to be a better way. I contacted Chris over Redbud Plumbing for some advice. I realized that this was more fixture related issue than actual plumbing issue but my thinking was that with the experience these guys have, surely they would be able to point me in the right direction on a quality product. Chris took the time and came up with a few options in my price point. He provided a detailed overview of each option which made my decision so much easier. The representative was very polite and knowledgeable. He performed a quick assessment and then provided options to make the repair. He then performed the work and ensured all questions were answered prior to his departure. I would highly recommend him and the company and will use them in the future should any additional repairs need to be performed on my home.

Prompt, knowledgeable. He was informative about all options of what the issue could be instead of jumping straight to a new water heater. Not entirely sure what is wrong with our water heater but it's working now. If the water gets cold again, we will call him back out and he'll put our payment towards a new water heater. Super nice guy! Would endorse him a million times over!

Price diagnosed our AC issue quickly and explained to me thoroughly the issue. Had the parts on hand and got us back up and running quickly.
