Travis C. is amazing. He came out on a Sunday (when no one else would) and he is very professional and thorough. He is a great communicator too, he explained everything before he did it. He fixed our pretty serious problem in less than an hour. I'll be calling him and Clarke Kent next time I need help. They are really, really great.

Within minutes I got a friendly call from Gilbert, who let me know that he's not working with tankless water heaters currently, but offered a recommendation for another local family-owned outfit that does. It's a typical story, where you have something unexpected, decide to break. As usual, at the more inopportune time. A leaking water heater isn't something you want to put off fixing for long. So I called around and sent out the usual Yelp quote requests. A&T plumbing was not only the first to respond early in the morning but had the best response.Their prices weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but right there in the middle. But I liked the transparent pricing, availability, and good product (it had good reviews). Others were way overpriced or had no problem recommending another unreliable product.They came by as scheduled, replaced the water heater quickly and professionally. No more leaks and the water is hot. I recommend these folks as well as a water sensor! As that saved me from potentially expensive repairs due to it being located on the 2nd floor.

I think it's safe to say that Mr. Rooter is one of the more reliable plumbers in Austin. Not perfect, but they work well and work hard, which are rare traits among most companies in most fields nowadays.

I called and set an appointment for the next day between 12-2PM. at 150 I was told they were behind and would be late. 10 minutes later I was told someone was on the way. 45 minutes later I called and was told that someone was on the way, 15 minutes out. 20 minutes later, no one had arrived. I cancelled the appointment because I needed to get to work on time.

We had a massive storm in Texas and all of the plumbers were booked. One week later, my water heater gave up! I called and Plumb Masters were able to come out right away. They did an awesome job. They came and stopped the leak and then installed a new heater for me. Excellent service, they came when they said they would come and they installed the new heater on the weekend. I would recommend them and will use their service again.

Moore and More Plumbing was called out yesterday to provide estimate for replacing flange at toilet connection and very politely proposed a ridiculously aggressive estimate of $968. When told that the estimate was out of line for a 1.5 hour service with virtually no materials involved, they promptly lowered the estimate by $200. When told that the lowered estimate was still considerably more than their competitors charge for the same service, their plumber became indignant and stated that he would not accept criticism. Okay. The job was performed excellently by another company this morning for $477. I would never call this company again, nor would I ever refer them to anyone. Well worth the $89 service call fee simply to know how this company seeks to do business.

Dylan was great at troubleshooting where a leak originated . Very thorough and I appreciated his keeping me informed of the problem and the repair needed. He practiced safe procedures in regards to the Covid-19 pandemic the world is experiencing.
