Radiant is as you’d hope every business could be, but aren’t. Prompt, professional, friendly, and affordable. I had Zach come out to check a gas shut-off valve and gas line running to my fireplace for a possible leak. Everything checked out ok, and the gas smell at start up was determined to be nominal, if not normal. I now feel confident I can safely use it during these cold days!

I called Gilbert because i was conerned about our bathroom sinks. Gilbert diagnosed the issue immediately and assured me that i did not need any extensive repair. Then he went on to give me some excellent advice about our shower. Very professional and educational, ill be calling him with any future plumbing issues.

The “we-do-it-all” service company I used in the past for plumbing issues told me it would be a month before they could send someone to look at a blocked bathtub drain. I called Daniel’s, talked to a an extremely personable woman who scheduled someone to visit within the week. They send a picture of the technician who would be coming, and I loved the ability to track his arrival via GPS. Kevin (just as personable as the office staff) quickly figured out the issue and fixed it within 30 minutes. I’ve now found a new go-to plumbing company.

I had a great experience with Economy Plumbing Services. Luke stayed in contact with me when his previous job was running late and still made the visit in the late evening. He was able to fix our shower with friendly service and detailed breakdowns of the process. We will definitely use them again!

Would not hesitate to recommend Mr Rooter for your plumbing needs. I had a shower faucet go bad on a Friday afternoon around 4:00. When I called, the person who answered the phone was very helpful and professional. I was informed throughout the dispatch of my approximate wait times. And the technician/plumber who showed up was awesome. Such a nice guy. Very professional, knowledgeable and worked hard to fix the faucet. Overall a good experience.

Really got screwed with this one. Thunderbird was great and communicative until things became a hot mess. My house is from the 50s with terrible plumbing. I received multiple repair bids ranging from 5-15k and went with Thunderbird. I did all the repairs they recommended for my house. Unfortunately, when they fixed the initial problem it brought another problem to light- bad drainage. I left 4 voicemails over the course of 2 weeks with no call back. I found an active leak that I can't get them to fix, they were going to come out one day but no show-no called. I've requested warranty information 4 times but nothing. Dealing with bad plumbing is a pain as-is but, it's worse when the person that's supposed to be fixing it goes dark.

$4000 to find and repair water leak!!!!

These three were the calm in the storm and got us back to even in record time. Called to get pricing on 2 different properties for Hydro Jetting. After multiple phone calls of concern after the service was done, I was told they were too busy to help out. After over charging of the service you would think they would be happy to help to ensure the job was done correctly. EXTREMELY disappointed

Mr david moore is my hero called this morning with clogged drain and he immediately sent a team to my house to fix problem i was under a lot of stress and felt alone and hopeless thanks to him he gave a sense o f relief and assurance that my life will be okay i have mental health issues ( depression, and suicidal thoughts) his team were very professional and knowledge able and have great comuniction skills i honestly believe that he saved me from losing my mind thank you so much his team also treated me like i was important to them always a plus again thank you moore and more plumbing.

Best company I've worked with in the last 8 years at my downtown Austin business. They continue to go above and beyond and explain things to me in a way that I would understand. When I had an issue with my hot water heater another company, reliant plumbing, told me it was going to be between 10 to $20,000 to fix (replace the whole system). Johnny rooter came in identified the problem and all I paid with six hundred bucks to get it fixed. 3 years ago and going strong!Most recently I had a commode go haywire. My technician, Bam Bam, was efficient, knowledgeable, quick and professional. He fixed my issue in the most timely manner and have me great tips to care for my pluming to save me money in the long run.Most of the time they are there within hours of my call. I will always use this 5 start company for my home and business needs!

We called Ben Franklin after S and D stood us up twice. They were prompt, friendly and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them. Dylan was excellent.
