During landscaping work, the main water line to my home was broken leaving me with low water pressure in my home. Benjamin came out the same day to investigate and help resolve the problem. He diagnosed the problem as debris in the interior water lines (a complicated problem). He scheduled a follow up visit the next day, Saturday, and was able to successfully use high pressure backflow to clear the water lines. After this, he cleared individual interior clogged lines and filters and replaced cartridges as needed. Throughout the process, he stayed in communication with me, invited me to shadow him as he explained what he was seeing and the options for repair, and finally walked through the entire house with me afterward to confirm everything was to my satisfaction (it was - good as new). It's taken me four years since relocating to Austin, but I finally have a great plumber to add to my go to list in case of problems!

Radiant was great at communication and scheduling, and our technician Zach was great. He was here for a sink issue, but when he heard our house was a recent flip he took the time to give everything a look. We walked through all possible work and he gave us honest feedback on if it really needed to be done or not, risks in waiting, future work, etc. including quotes for all of it. Overall our experience was great and our original issue was resolved. Would recommend!

Do Not use this company!!! I called because I had a leak going into a downstairs condo, typically a wax ring failure and a 2hour job. The plumber tried to sell me a new toilet right from the start! When I questioned why I would need a new toilet if it was the wax ring he said oh well your toilet is the older, but most likely it is he wax ring. They then tried to charge me $470 to change the wax ring!!!! That is an absolutely crazy amount! When I said absolutely not he suddenly dropped the price to $350! The story goes on from there, he needed a sewer machine bc I had a block that he though was roots even though I live on the 2nd floor.! He needed another part bc my toilets wax ring is so different, so two trips back to the shop, 7 hours later and a $767.00 bill !! Then after he left I went into my bathroom and it was filthy and the toilet paper holder was broken! I called the office and the customer service rep agreed the job was not done well and she would apply a credit to my bill. Well days later I had to disputed the bill because they charged me the full amount to my credit card! Also, it took me an hour to clean my walls of what I’m assuming was grime from the sewer machine. Oh and the reason the plumber insisted to get the sewer machine was that he was convinced that I had roots in my line even though I’m on the 2nd floor and explained that I had had no problems up to this point and that why he couldn’t use my hand held auger to remove the block.. so when he pulled back hair from the line I was livid!!! There is no way you needed a sewer machine to pull back some hair!! If you want to pay double and get the worst service I’ve ever received use this plumber!

Wasn’t able to get anyone out to fix my issue through home warranty due to the holiday but called economy plumbing services and they helped walk me through what was going to happen and had someone out within the hour. Their pricing was upfront and had many options which was great! Would definitely recommend.

We had a water softener installed about a week ago. About 30 min after they left, we had water all over our garage. They neglected to install a pipe in a pretty obvious hole. We bought the most common water softener on the market and the first excuse this person had was “I’ve never seen this one before”. About a week later, our settings are completely messed up and our water tastes like seawater. They did no hard water test to see what those settings should be. The absolutely only redeemable thing was we didn’t end up paying for what would’ve be a $500 service. Go with someone else.

We got a Call back same day with good communication. The truck was dispatched as scheduled. The plumbers were professional and did the work we needed we will call again for our plumbing repairs at our house.

After going through two other HORRIBLE plumbing companies my friend Sam told me these guys are honest, will do a perfect job, and they'll do it with a smile. I didn't realise how right he was until they came out to my house and saved me hundreds of dollars by just doing a simple test to show me I didn't, in fact, have a leak like Mr. Rooters plumbing told me I had (and wanted to charge me $700 just to inspect the supposed leak!!!).I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Seriously, the most professional company I've ever dealt with!!!!Thank you Mark & Mandy!!!!!!

Wow! Highly recommend this business. They were prompt, reliable, reasonable, and slowed down to explain things to me when I didn't get it. I needed some shower emergency repairs (among other issues) and they responded asap and then gave me multiple options for how to fix the problems. They earned a lifelong customer.

They did respond very quickly and the technician was able to arrive the next day. He was running very late unfortunately, and it totally screwed up the baby's nap time. The appointment was scheduled in a 2 hour window which coincided with the baby nap - unacceptable. We determined the pressure reducing valve at the water connection was failing, as the pressure was over 90 PSI. They quoted me $1000 !!!!! To replace a valve that costs $75 at Home Depot and takes maybe 30 minutes to replace. WOW - incredible... DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. I've received other quotes for $250, $375 and $425 and the local yokel handyman would do it for $175... unbelievable.
