Communications with Economy Plumbing are great. They are definitely a customer service oriented team, very amicable and professional and kept me posted every step of the way. Their technician was here early at the beginning of the time window and provided utmost service. He took care of my drain issue quickly and offered great advice in prevention of future clogging and in other areas of my house. I will definitely use them again.

Fantastic experience with A&T. Had a leak that was so bad that Austin Water contacted me due to excessive water usage. Called A&T at 2pm, they had it done, yes done by 6 pm. Great work. Everyone was friendly with a sense of urgency. Corbin and Corbin, Associates, as I came to call them, explained everything as it was progressing, and made sure to get a quote before starting any major work. My heating/ac was not acting right - cold air was coming out when I expected hot ... and my electric bill had increased significantly .... it is fairly new, installed two years ago as a new unit. 1st Home sent out their employees Ryan Hill and Mikhail.After taking time to totally examine the unit, they showed me where the unit was failing to function properly and why. The original installation had been a fairly shoddy job, which unfortunately did not surprise me, and Ryan explained how they could fix the problem.I now have a wonderful unit that I expect will serve me very well.I like the fact that I am part of their membership and that all my heating/ac, electrical, and plumbing needs will be addressed by them as part of my membership.Ryan and Mikhail were particularly helpful, polite, punctual, courteous, knowledgable .... everything you would hope for in regards to service people entering your home to help.

They were very polite and came to service my busted water heater same-day. But they quoted me almost $1500 to replace a 40 gallon water heater. That’s about $900 more than what one costs at Lowe’s or Home Depot, which seems like an egregious markup.
