Best Gas Line Leak Repair in Austin TX
Way overpriced! They installed a water heater and charged me 2500 for the water heater only (+1000 for labor). When I later checked at home depot, I could have gotten the same water heater for at least a 1000 cheaper. I was traveling and left my wife dealing with this, but now I am so angry at S&D for selling me this overpriced product! Never again S&D plumbing!

Juan Martinez installed a new water heater for me today. I was so impressed with him, both personally and professionally, I asked for his card so I can request him in the future. I highly recommend him.

We needed to replace for older AC units. After talking with three different companies, we chose Radiant because they were extremely knowledgeable and provided some information that other companies had not mentioned, but also because they gave us the best pricing and warranty.Yesterday, two of their service personnel, Nestor and Andrew came out to do winter check ups on all units. They were on time, professional and friendly. I would be quick to request them in the future.

I had a plumbing problem that had been going on for a week. I burned through two contractors not returning calls and breaking appointments. Then I called Blue Dragon. Wow! what a difference. After setting up an appointment, Gilbert called me back a few minutes later and said he had a free tech that could come now! I'm sorry, but that never happens. I was actually stumped at first- not believing what I was hearing.. 3 hours later - problem fixed. Gilbert and Matt at Blue Dragon have restored my faith in customer service. Its good to know there are still companies who care about their customers.

I didn't like their service and didn't feel comfortable with their level of honesty and integrity. They charged me 410 dollars for re-installing a toilet and they told me it will leak until I replace brass toilet flange by pulling and resetting which would cost around 4000 dollars. I will not rehire them.

After several other local plumbers laughed while declaring they wouldn't even touch the plumbing issue in the house I'm buying, Plumb Masters had someone out in 24 hrs. He was kind, professional, and so very reasonable. I will definitely be using them for the repair and will post an update then. Based upon this experience, I highly recommend them and will absolutely be using them for all future plumbing projects.

Ryan Spaulding came over to look at a leak we had in the waste and overflow of the bathtub. He diagnosed the problem pretty quickly (it was a bad gasket). He also tightened some bolts I didn't even know existed and gave me some maintenance tips that were very useful. He was a great guy to deal with, very helpful and honest. I'd definitely trust him and 1st Home & Commercial Services with the next plumbing job in the house. Thanks, Ryan!

I'm a repeat customer, with good reason, Johnny Rooter is a fantastic plumbing company, and don't be fooled by the name, they do everything plumbing related, from fixing clogs to replacing a toilet. This time an unbalanced washer snapped a waterline in the laundry room flooding the house on a Sunday. They gave me instructions that day on how to get cold water back and were here early the following Monday morning and the quite polite technician performed an excellent service quickly for a very reasonable price. He even gave me free advice on an unrelated issue with my AC condensor drain. I highly recommend Johnny Rooter for any of your plumbing needs.

Yay for hot water. This company finally fixed an issue we have had since we finished a whole house renovation in Dec 2021. We got tired of dealing with the plumbers our contractor used and decided to find someone who had experience with tankless water heaters.Thankful to finally find a plumber that listened to our issue, researched the options and then when installing confirmed his work with both his office and Rinnai - the manufacturer of our tankless water heater.Great customer service and support.

I do not submit a lot of reviews. I was impressed and very satisfied with Travis and Austin Plumbery.1. They over communicate on appointment...email and text, to make sure you know when it is going to happen and with whom. They called before coming over as well.2. Thorough, patient, and responsive to questions.3. Replaced water heater with minimal disruption to my life and time and walked me though all the work he did.My first major plumbing issue as a homeowner, and happy with the work Austin Plumbery did!

We had a great experience with Good Flow, and we had major work done. Our 50-year-old iron sewer lines had rusted away in part, and we were having serious problems.Another company came out to manage an emergency and took photos in the line, so we were convinced. But Good Flow seemed to know more about what they were doing, how long it would take and included repairs the other company did not.Having the home drain system replaced is an arduous and sometimes loud process taking 3 weeks or so. They actually tunnel in under the house and replace the entire system with plastic pipe, Most days we had at least one bathroom available, but a couple of days we did not.Good Flow crews were respectful, did a professional job, including covering the mounds of dirt to protect them from rain. They put concrete back at the washer and driveway, and cleaned up after themselves.Good Job! Good Flow!
