Best Gas Line Leak in Austin TX

Clarke Kent Plumbing was the obvious choice with the most recommendations on my neighborhoods Nextdoor site. My friendly tech, Juan Martinez, arrived at the scheduled time and upon hearing it was sewage water that had backed up, referred me to a restoration company to discuss bacteria contamination clean up. He worked quickly to auger my line and ran a camera which showed roots penetrating my line at two points. He explained everything to me in understandable terms and showed me the roots on the camera as well as marking their location on the ground. Unexpectedly and much to my appreciation, he also replaced the fill valve on the toilet in my master bathroom free of charge. Juan went above and beyond to assist me during his service call and has won Clarke Kent my business for any future plumbing work.

Economy Plumbing came out exactly when they said they would. Brandon did an excellent job providing a thorough detailed plumbing repair estimate which was submitted to the insurer. The estimate was at np charge. I would recommend Economy Plumbing again.

The plumber, Jami, arrived within about 1/2 hour after I called. He found and fixed the problem with one toilet, checked the rest to see why they noisy and was done promptly. I had a leak in our restroom and needed the kitchen sink augured so called a plumbing company. They fixed the leak and then I asked about the kitchen sink he said Oh... I'm sorry... I couldn't clear the line. WHAT??? So back to the internet. I always use small local family owned business and that is how I found Moore & More Plumbing. I scheduled a service call. David Steele showed up with his apprentice, Noah and he said we will try this auger. If it doesn't work then we will bring out the big gun. Well it didn't work... and neither did the big gun auger. Time to step up to the power jet. He came back with serious back up... David Moore showed up as well. They worked and worked and worked on our drain. There was no quit in there game. After several hours and making them late for dinner... our lines are cleared of the years of grease built up. I never write reviews this long... but I just wanted everyone to know just how awesome this company is. I will NEVER use another plumbing company. Moore & More has a client for life.
